Metallic Fall Watercolours Part 2: Paint, Relax & Shine with Guided Meditation & Oracle Inspiration
Welcome back, creative souls! 🌟 In today's video, we're diving into Part 2 of our beautiful Metallic Fall Watercolours project! If you joined me last week, we sketched out a gorgeous landscape with hills, trees, mountains, and sky. This week, we’re bringing it to life with color! 🎨✨
Our Featured Supply for today is Winsor & Newton's Watercolour Iridescent Medium-a magical addition to your watercolours that gives them a stunning shimmer while keeping their original vibrancy. Don’t worry if you don’t have it! You can use metallic watercolours, or even tempera, acrylic, gouache, or regular watercolours-whatever you have on hand works perfectly. 🖌️
Before we dive into the painting, we’ll begin with a calming Guided Meditation to ground ourselves. Today’s focus? All feelings are acceptable. This powerful reminder will help you embrace your creative flow without judgment.
As always, we end our session with an Oracle Card Pull to leave you with something inspiring to reflect on. Today’s card, from “Tips for Living” by Iyanla Vanzant, asks: "How do you nurture yourself?" A gentle nudge to remember that daily self-care is essential. 💖

Hi Barb nice to meet you.
@@teresaleblanc2420 hello Teresa!! I hope your day is going great!😊
Is there anywhere I can get printed instruction on how to fold the book? I don’t think mine came out right. I had a little trouble making heads and tails once the folding began.it was fun! Thank you😊
I figured it out! If you do another one perhaps you could zoom out a little and go a tad slower so the viewers that get discombobulated like me can catch on faster😅

Hi Barbara, I've really enjoyed this video. What a unique concept with the sampling, then the meditation, followed by the art and then the oracle cards. Just wonderful, thank you. Drawing the sacred heart card after one appeared in your artwork? Interesting! I really enjoyed the meditation. I'll definitely be saving this to try again when I'm in my Studio, prior to creating. And I also liked the grid images on screen for during the meditation, and would love a video demonstrating that when you can do one. I've subscribed to your channel and look forward to watching many more. I intend to watch your previous videos too. Best wishes, and thank you again. Jane 🤗
@@janedevonshire1296 Jane, I so appreciate what you shared; I am so glad that you like my process of including various parts to make the whole (video). Thank you for subscribing. I have done this painting with Diane Antone when she taught it. I found your channel thru her channel. I love your painting! I have subscribed so I hope to see more of your work.
