Getting close to the end. This one is quite quick to stitch, similar stitches to what we’ve been using previously.

I forgot to add music! You can play your favourite tunes watching this. Continuing with the Madison quilt squares. Here we’re doing lots of back stitches, a little bit of satin, fly stitches and stem stitches.

I’m using a hand held hoop today as I’m away in holidays and couldnt get to my standing hoop. I did my best to keep it still. Lots off stitches today and lots of chain stitch. Hope you like it!

Something different in this video, I’m doing a semi full on the leaves using a buttonhole stitch. Also this video features seed stitches and star stitches. Enjoy!

This one is very quick to stitch. I’ve included a tip on how to stitch stems in various directions as you go and also how to keep your satin stitches even when you’re filling a shape with diagonal stitches. It’ll make sense when you watch it!

Onto the big heart shape for this next quilt video. There’s a great tip here on how to make nice sharp corners with chain stitch. Enjoy!

Chain stitch, French knots, fly stitch (of course!) and a buttonhole stitch in a circle. I also show you how to restart a stem stitch and how to seamlessly join a buttonhole stitch in a circle.

Please guid me colors of thread on golden color fabric
Love this! Easy to follow and quite inspiring.
Thank you Kasia - very helpful and inspiring - hard to decide which lovely kit to start with! ❤
What paper did you used?
Hi, do you paint the fabric before embroidery? Thanks for sharing ❤ hugs from 🇧🇷
Which quilt is this? Is there a tutorial specifically for the Madison quilt?
Why do you stitch in the inside of the hoop? I take the fabric off and put it over the front so I am not having to work inside the wood frame.
Thank you very much
How lovely!
I love the video of the Journal but where is the pattern for the embroidery to make a journal
❤ gorgeous
Just lovely. I really want to do this quilt ❤
Hi, tried your tutorial for a small sketch book of 12x12cm. Unfortunately the tissue shrinks in the middle (the flaps are perfectly adjusted), so the book is not entirely covered. Do you know why ? I used coton.
Gorgeous as always and nice to hear your voice x
Exactly what I needed
How do u print the design on the fabric pls let me know
Hello Maria, so sorry for the late reply. I missed your comment here. I have my fabric digitally printed by a professional printer.
May i know the size of this fabric

You're welcome!
Thank you for sharing this beautiful book cover❤
my pleasure!
Does it wash off?
The carbon paper lines can wash off if they're not too dark. So if you don't press too hard then they will wash out. But they should all be covered by the embrodiery anyway.
Do you tie off at the end of each petal or move to the top of the next petal and continue?
I go straight to the next petal as long as they're close enough together. No more than say 1.5cm apart.
Really informative video and relaxing to watch.
thank you!
Beautiful work. I love the sound of thread going through the fabric.
thank you, me too! I really find that sound so soothing.
Hi Kasia, this book is inspired and it’s lovely to watch your process x
I'm so happy you liked it Christine :)
These tutorials are so helpful. I really am enjoying hearing the wildlife and rain as you sit outside to work. It is winter now where I am, so the sounds of the outdoors is lovely.
Thank you Lynn! It sure was lovely sitting out there. I recorded that video at my parents place on the south coast, it was very tranquil :)
Hi dear Kasia! Thank you so much for this incredibly generous sharing-- it is a lot easier than I expected now that I see you doing it in the video. I receive your email newsletter and I just feel so happy every time I get one because of the bright colors and your cheerful humor. I have wanted to start the quilt-along with you but I didn't have the extra money in December, Christmas plus three January birthdays in the house!... looking forward to another opportunity to begin in March!!! Thank you so much for putting your art out in the world. Lots of love to you, Sarra
what a lovely message, thank you Sarah! I'm so happy that you're finding these tutorials helpful. Enjoy your stitching and hopefully a new quilt in march!
