Great video and tips, thank you! A word of warning to those who are wondering whether to buy these earbuds from Sony; don't do it. These earbuds are very troublesome to pair easily with with more than one device (and can only pair with one device at a time), a bit out of it's time today where standard cheaper earbuds like JBL are able to pair up to 2 or 3 devices at one time. This makes these earbuds really dedicated to one device (say a laptop) so that you only ever use it for that device because of the hassle to delete the paired device and then to go through the whole set up proces to pair again with a new device. If you're like me and want to go between laptop and say your phone (e.g. I get up from my workdesk at 4pm for my daily afternoon exercise, or to prep dinner, i can easily switch between my laptop and phone to enable that without say dropping the podcast I might be listening to), these earbuds are from the 2000s and won't let you do that conveniently. Otherwise sound quality-wise, what can i say, they're Sonys so the sound quality is excellent. But for the money and the set up hassle to use beyond the one device, not worth it.

Having the same problem worst earbuds I’ve ever had and they had really good reviews left earbud has been broken since 3 days in won’t connect to Bluetooth 90 percent of the time but works very rarely just say battery fully charged then goes click click click and won’t connect to Bluetooth right earbud works perfectly fine but it’s really bad a headphone not working days after spending £59.99
