The second locomotive was CSX 3387. I think the train could be CSX M368 or M370, but I'm leaning more towards M368, nice catch!

That’s the greatest railroad crossing I’ve seen
UP 8824 - UP 9104 locomotives are designated as an EMD SD70AH because they are ballasted 4 extra tons to 428,000 pounds. Nice video though, I would like to go out there someday... I am also going to assume that the manifest you caught was NS 303, a daily manifest to Fort Wayne, but it could also be NS 15Q, I'm betting it it NS 303.

Its weird that this crossing has a harmon font "tracks" sign...
I've seen NS 8092 lead on autorack 11E at Marion at Fairground Street #2, and I saw NS 1006 trail on an eastbound intermodal at Olds Street in Sandusky, I've also been to that crossing on February 10, which was probably my best day railfanning ever. Nice video!
