Yes Blipping the gas does mean to tap it. Give it a nice love tap. Nothing to make the rpms scream but enough to continue the momentum you had before downshifting

Yes I try to every time. If you don’t then you get the jerking reaction from the car and that’s not good to do often. Still not perfect especially now with the STI, it’s like I’m learning all over again

While pressing the brake. Switch the light on and off three times, fast and it switches between the 2 options

Really depends on the situation, if you wanna save gas you can shift at 3kRPM if you have enough momentum but if you’re going up hill you might wanna get a little higher in rpm’s. My que is the sound of if I think it’s too loud I shift and if there’s enough power/momentum to keep me going.

Yea I need to confirm this STI doesn’t have a short shifter. But don’t you think taking the wheels off every wash is a lot? That seems like the best option tho because I rather that than moving the car over and over

@@TrapWRX Check out the kartboy and bushings, STi short shifter is long enough people don't notice it, definitely watch an install video before buying though

@@TrapWRX Maybe it is easier on my frs, I do it all the time. It makes a huge difference when you can clean behind the spokes and even get the fender liner/ suspension looking new if you really want. Coat the wheels with a little wax/protectant, makes the brake dust come off easier next time. Cheap and i do not think you will add time. 30 mins per axle just lift it safely.

We do have the Focus RS but it was discontinued. I actually wanted one when it first came out, but there was just too much talks of them breaking down. Is that a popular car over by you?

@@TrapWRXyeah in EU there’s quite a few but they’re expensive. Regardless beautiful cars always wanted one as well. I haven’t heard them breaking down frequently over here. Ford is pretty reliable at least over here idk.
