Webinar: How to Prevent Unwanted Employee Turnover
Voluntary employee turnover can cost companies millions of dollars every year, hours of time and energy, and the stress of overloaded hiring managers and their teams. Gallup estimates that, collectively, voluntary turnover costs U.S. business more than $1 trillion annually. To replace an employee costs an employer anywhere from 50%-200% of their salary.
But a great deal of turnover is preventable. In this webinar, we address why employees elect to leave and what motivates them to enthusiastically stay with their employer, not just reluctantly stick around. Our panelists also recommend policies, practices, and benefits employers can use to stay competitive-and how to take steps to increase retention as early as the onboarding stage.

    Funny how there are seminars to make culture and the workplace more pleasant, when most (80%) of employees can't stand their jobs. Most people stay in jobs they hate because in America, we don't take care of people. You're on your own.
