My name is Sandra Gultry, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Weight Loss Coach. In my full time private practice, I have the pleasure doing what I LOVE most, which is help people who are struggling to lose weight and the impacts weight has on their health, self-esteem and other areas of their lives. I coach and teach from a place of both practical and personal experiences.
Through my personal journey with high blood pressure and weight loss, I changed my eating patterns and this became the unique and special formula used to help my clients not only lose the weight and keep it off, but also maximize the amount of nutrients obtained from eating whole foods and more plant-based foods. Resulting in increased energy throughout the day, less pain, less inflammation, less GI distress, increased quality of sleep and much more!
