HSD MonoPro Coilovers Pillowball bearing replacement - Newage Impreza
มุมมอง 157ปีที่แล้ว
Knocking over slow speed bumps? But only after a few minutes of driving? Sounds like it's coming from the top of the strut (louder inside the car?). Then it's likely the pillowball bearing needs to be replaced.

Sounds great
What size Avons did you fit ? Have you still got the bike ?
@@paulwhitman5548 110/80/18 & 130/80/17. No sold it. It was a decent little bike, wish I'd have kept it now!
I absolutely love the sound of the exhaust, very throaty, I’d never change that
Sounds fantastic, I know old video but do you still have it, what's the reliability like?? Tia
Que pedazo de mix has hecho majo 👍💪
Obrigado 🎵
I'm really hesitant as to buy this one or the Mash 650 Xride.
❤
Pretty good for a little bike
Size pillowball bearing ?
Nice bike 80mph is good enough 😊
It actually sounds really nice. Been a long time since I left the UK. The road works brought back a few memories though:) I'm in Thailand at the moment and they have a model called Stallion. Great looking bike but I see they lack on service and repairs. Shame really! I don't think we can get these over here.
what size are these bearings ?
hp?
Has the bike sold ?
Yes
how much centimeters tall are you? Will I reach the floor 168cm?
There are other reviews on the 125 and this 250 version that cover the heights etc.
@@flangewaffle ok thnak you for inf.
Great review and I love the blogspot write up as well, very informative and I did spend some time scouring the internet for info on the bikes before buying one. I can live with the shortcomings and hopefully future proof the bike throughout the time I own it.
What rims do you have on it? they look sick
Team dynamics 1.2. 15" they were. The car is long gone.
Nice vid enjoyed it not been to Brid for a few years.
moi j'ai une 106 X.N!!! je suis très content acheter 500euros il y a 13 ans elle et de 1992!!! et elle 40000 kilomètres!!!
I really wish they would sell these over here in the us
You can get them on Alibaba. Surprised if someone in the US hadn't bought a batch of them and is selling them on. They're just a mass produced Chinese thing, with engineered badges for different markets. Search retro scrambler on there. The 125 version was one of the first search results.
I'm pretty sure ebay and amazon as well as alibaba will ship to the states, but these bikes might not meet any US road safety requirements so it might be difficult getting a title. Dont quote me on that though, the emissions are clean enough on the Euro 5 models.
Sur quel base ?
WTF is 12 stone??? :D bike looks and sounds nice!
It’s a measurement of weight 14LBs is 1 stone so 12 stone is 164LBs
Nice upload. Where did you get your bar end mirrors from 👍 ?
Just off Amazon
Hello, love your videos. Could you tell me where you bought the bullet hero 250 from please. Many thanks. Stef.
Sure. Roadhouse Motorcycles, Stamford. However, this one (in the videos) is for sale at the moment, if you don't want a new one.
I had a sinnis 250 retrostar with same 22bhp motor , me 16 Stone, and these bikes zip along really well. About 75 on the flat and 75mpg.
Similar indeed. This uses a water cooled CF Moto engine though, so slightly different. In my other video there's a link to a written review which covers the engine, in the comments.
Have the same bike for over 6 months now, really enjoy it to be honest. Stock tires on dry roads are pretty solid for me... When its wet its the most dangerous machine on earth :D
You're a braver man than I. They were the first things I removed! Stay safe

What Turbo are you running? And how is the Lag of it?
Not sure where the car is now, but it had a T25 possibly from an old Rover. The lag wasn't really an issue, as it wasn't running alot of boost. However it did develop some odd ECU related gremlins which made it bog down at low acceleration. Despite replacing every sensor, it persisted.
@@flangewaffle did it have a manifold boost pressure sensor? If not, it will have been tuned assuming full boost at all times. Meaning you run super rich without boost, causing your car to bog down.
Great video, would love to know your thoughts on this bike, pro's & con's, comfort, speed, handling etc. How are you getting on with the Avon tyres as an upgrade? Love the look of these bikes. Has it been reliable so far? Cheers
Thanks. I am due to do a few test videos - top speed, 0-60 as well as a review video, but the weather here in the UK (on weekends) is awful at the moment. I have written a review though, which I can share. It includes feedback on the tyres.
@@flangewaffle please share mate
@@zakindi Here you go: nukethesitefromorbit.blogspot.com/2021/12/bullit-bluroc-hero-250-ownership-review.html
Thanks for that in depth write up, gives purchasers a good insight to what they can expect.
@@flangewaffle That's a very fair and unbiased review there. I pick my Euro 5 up in March and looking forward to hitting the byways, but with Kenda tyres.
Sweet mum
