Just to initiate the conversation, I heard something about that on Aorus and MSI motherboards. Is it your case? R23 is also RAM sensitive, maybe a double check to verify if XMP is sett correctly helps. Unfortunately, the i7s are not the same as they used to be. They are more like an i5 than an i9 and that is very sad, and in fact 27k on Cinebench is very poor (some people have said that it can easily reach 37k). In my case, the first run on R23 is the better, which makes more sense considering that in the next runs the processor will be more hot. In any case, my processor also behaves strangely when it is in stock mode, it cannot hold the voltage stably, it fluctuates almost randomly between 150w and 300w at full load and to fix this I adjusted the LLC. So, I believe that in your case, you will have to make fine adjustments to make it run more smoothly. Another point that is very important to mention is that even though it is a 360mm WC it is not enough, it seems crazy to say that but it is the pure truth. Maybe you are experiencing thermal throttling and don't know it just because you blindly believe that this would be enough to cool your i7 at full load. The difference from 32k to 35k on my vídeo, is 90% tension adjustment to make my 360mm enought to cooling and avoid thermal Throttling. Also, if helps you. This are the main adjusts that I've made on my system: - CPU Core Voltage Override: 1.4000 - Offset Voltage: -0.16000 (it is minus) - CPU System Agent Voltage Override: 1.1000 - CPU Input Voltage: 1.9000 - CPU Load Line Calibrtion: Level 5

​@@sublimesupra I strongly appreciate the help will likely be trying these settings soon. To put it vaguely I resell computers in my hometown and took this CPU out of a build thinking it was completely fine. Before removing it though I noticed it was running the MSI uncapped power limits (4000w) but don't remember if it had its own overclocks like what Asus does with its tweaks. After removing this CPU, I then installed it onto the build that got these odd results. What I ended up doing with this PC was swapping it out with a 12900k and got a pretty regular score and as expected slowly decreased over time. What was odd was that this 12900k still pushed up to a maximum 98 degrees with this pump and wondering if the pump is somehow simply underperforming. Its something I'll have try when I get another build with a different cooler but for now will have to wait. Thanks again and also wanted to let you know that for some reason when I looked up "14700kf after microcode update" your video for some reason isn't shown. I had to do some digging and eventually found it on google. I'm not sure how much this has to do with your titles or descriptions and hope its just me that has this issue. In my experience, 0x129 improved the 14700kf but I'm not running stock. Best thing you can do is put the processor in a trustable MB and spend some time trying to lower voltages. I'm pretty sure you will score more than 30k. If not, start considering that you cpu is toasted and try warranty. "your video for some reason isn't show" Even if you search for the exact title of my vídeos, TH-cam won't show in results because my channel isn't big enough yet. Sad but true.

I don't know if I can agree with all you sad but I'm not going to play it two times for sure. Aware of that, there are much more then just a story, for exemple: - The combat itself is perfect for a game made for "kids", you can speel a lot of things also throw plants, it's fun. - The customizations like the skins and the secret room. - The mobility on the map (hogwarts including). I think it's more about take people into hogwarts then tell a 7 book tale.

This game is speechless. I'll try to make at last the story saga in the channel.

Yeah, not sure what to think. For me is way worst, but I know that 4090's onwers are the lower % in this game.

I have no idea what they did with the graphics, but what I'm seeing is a perceptive downgrade. Even in 4k it looks trash. When I'd turned FRS ON, it looked way better, more smoother ish.

Agreed, it's the CPU bottleneck. But in my opinion, a 14700kf should be enough for a solid 300 (at last). Maybe there is margin for improvements.

They downgraded a little the graphics, but nothing to complain em 4k. The game experience is better, but, I don't know... still being New World as ever.

@@Bartix520 I thought about RAM but I believe disks today are way ahead to bottleneck during gaming no ? Since most people will have an abundance of RAM in terms of amount, are we talking clock speed then ? Perhaps he is bottlenecked because game doesn't utilize all his cores ? So it might use Core 1-6 at like 90%+ but not the rest.

100% sure, it's the 14700kf bottleneck. But that's the point of me making these videos. I don't see many people doing gameplay benchmarking with the 14th i7. Also, we need to consider that OBS is taking some CPU, like 5% to 10%.

Yep, but I've noticed from my vídeos that this 14700KF has a low 1%low (sometimes very disappointing). Is it the same for you?

Do you mean in the BIOS? No idea if you can. But you can see the BIOS version and then compare on the ASUS website.

You can also check on HWinfo64 software.

@@Cliffgamerz Go to: Ai Tweaker tab > Change option "Actual VRM Core Voltage" to "Manual Mode". The option should appears right below.

Normally, you can go straight to the latest version, but you have to check on the manufacturer's website if there is a "bridge" version between them.

You're good with the 4080s, pretty sure you can perform 4k. MMOs usually require a lot more CPU to process concurrent players in the same area. About DLSS, for me all the textures seem smoother when ON.

Is it the same hardware? I only think in two options if you have the same or better hardware than mine. 1) The amount of concurrent player in same area can generate some stutter. 2) My 14700k is not overclocked, but I've made a perfect adjustiment on voltages, witch maybe is doing this diference.

@@sublimesupra I have the 13900k and rtx 4090 with 32gb ddr5 6000mhz. On bios I only turned xmp on and since my bios is already updated to the latest one (msi z790 edge mpg) it is set on intel’s stock default.

At 19:14 I got some, it's probably a bunch of players loading in the area, considering it happens in exactly time of shooting sounds. (just to prove my point)

I know right?! In the end, I don't care if DLSS is needed to play in 1440p/4k though. The technology is improving faster than my eyes can notice any difference between this and native resolutions.

@@sublimesupra it’s the textures I’m worried more on. Too me some textures still look off even on else 3.5 the first descendant. If you pay attention to it you’ll see it, but good enough to the point you have to look for it
