@@gfdgdfgdfgdfggfdgdfgdfgdfg9709 The triggers on the Xbox controllers use hall effect, but nothing else. As far as I know (haven't taken apart a Ps5) none of the Ps4 or Ps5 controllers had hall effects, which is a real bummer. The issue still with hall effect joysticks is that the sticks may not return to center. So, there are sensors you can install between the joystick and the board to be able to recenter, but you need a program to do that. -- Doing a side business to replace sticks with hall effect would be fun, but don't have the time or space night now. 😅

@@vellvirginia2218 Im hoping we get to see more next year. Hoping InterGalatic has some space elements and not one bounty on a planet. We'll see if the plot leak is real when released.

@vellvirginia2218 yea the game looks fire but i got traumatized from Last of Us 2 beefy back scene i just hope they dont do it again i dont really want that in home console games.

I think Ciri looks like that because she’s a full blown Witcher now and is probably older and more seasoned/experienced. Kinda makes sense to me that she looks the way she does here.

@@gaminggarbage22 Keeping it going is the entire point. Divide peope, distract them, make them tear each other apart in the political arena. The benefits are being reaped by the people pulling the strings.

is the issue the 'woke' part or the 'woman' part? There's a nearly endless list of great games with with woman protagonists. Off the top of my head here are some: - Tomb raider (all of them) - Assassins creed Odyssey (the male protagonist is actually cringe AF) - (First) Horizon Zero Dawn (I havent played the sequel much) - Silent Hill 3 - Neir Automata - Hellblade - Bayonetta - Portal - Dishonored 2 - Control - Stellar Blade - Mirror's Edge

@@iMemeThere4iAm The problem is not that they are woman but how they are written. Modern writers can't write women, or men, because they are not writting characters. They are writing a voice that is screaming the authors views at the audience.

@@iMemeThere4iAm (Sorry this is long 😅. Trying to be genuine in my answer) -- I believe it depends on each person that's looking at the trailers or any other game. I don't believe many of us can define what 'Woke' means and it's probably a flexible definition between everyone. -- What I see is great games listed in your post (playing the remastered Tomb Raiders and it's a blast! Waiting for Feb to get Vol.2) and between these trailers I like the attitude of the Witcher 4 gal more, than InterGalactic. It'd be the same if they were a child or a man or program. -- My issue is when decisions are made for characters based off of social/political issues, like Yasuke in AC: Shadows as the director said in an interview that they wanted a non-asian figure to be the Samurai in the game with their historical reference being incorrect in their own history book about him. While Ubisoft can do whatever they want with their product it doesn't look genuine to the audience as it seems Yasuke was choosen off of his race rather, than to help tell the story. We do have a 3 month delay and we'll see if anything materially changes when the game releases in Feb. This example I'd call 'woke' personally as we found out that the original character for the Samurai was Japanese during earlier development. -- This may not be 'woke' for some, yes for others, and the rest don't care, but the cats out of the bag now for these Publishers. Publishers don't fight against their own motives, but what the perception is from their audience just like any tv show, youtuber/streamer, etc. as we have some calling both Witcher 4 and InterGalactic woke, some saying only InterGalactic is, and the rest saying none are woke. We each get to decide. I'm open to discussion as it's why I made this video.

@@Dumbstuffwatcher Man, I played 2 closed Betas of Skull/Bones and was so frustrated what the game was like when it came out. With a lot of these games this year they're flawed at the core and they can't start from scratch.... they have to release something 🙄 and it's nothing we want with bugs/glitches.

@@averagelok1959 While true, The Stadia didn't have a good line-up of games and porting over was difficult. Some publishers said 'no', because it was too risky of how many sales they'd make compared to the money they'd spend to make it work on the Stadia. Xbox has been established for over 20yrs and is building their streaming off of that playerbase with 150 million MAUs on Xbox between the different gens. Adding all in Microsoft's gaming MAUs is currently 500 million that can access this streaming. Xbox isn't starting from the same place as the Stadia and Sony is proving it. Sony has added streaming, porting games over to PC and Nintendo and now have updated the Portal to stream a library that Sony is currently building just like Xbox. If Xbox was going down the wrong path Sony wouldn't be trying to compete with it.

@@averagelok1959 I'll take that bet. 10yrs, Black Friday in 2034. 🙂 I totally understand your points and Xbox has had to change their strategy, because they've been losing the console way. We can all see that, but streaming isn't just their strategy it's becoming the way they move past the console and expand their playerbase letting any hardware be the way they sell their games. This isn't a new idea for them as they've done with this Windows Microsft Suite, CoPilot, and Azure. -- Time will tell how Microsoft does in the gaming space. Starfield, RedFall, Halo Infinite, Flight Sim '24, and others have been bad games, especially at launch, but Xbox isn't just relying on their 1st Party. Sony isn't either. Both have been failing the last few years on those 1st Party and it shows... 😆 It's painful to watch. We'll have to see how the rest of the Generation goes for both console makers.

@gaminggarbage22 personaly I believe eventually consoles will be gone entirely for pc since the draw of a console was the affordability, but with constant hardware advancement, (rising hardware costs) consoles are going to become just as expensive as computers and at that point without a price gap a computer is just better in every way. Xbox is likely gonna end up just like another version of Steam with its gamepass. I highly doubt cloud gameing will work out because no one really wants it. Don't know what Sony will do.

@@gfdgdfgdfgdfggfdgdfgdfgdfg9709 OLEDs usually run at a higher framerate, than the game itself and that can put stress on the eyes, make them fatigue after awhile. It's the same with playing older games that are at 60hz, but the LED Tv is at 30hz. Now we have issie with the games running at the same frames.... 😆There are extra filters too that make games look worse (some upscalers, film grain, chromatic, motion blur, etc) Sometimes these filters are both on tvs and game settings 🙄. All-in-all 😆 the more features the more adjustment is needed and getting that good picture between color, hues, contrast/sharpness, framerate, HDMI cables, and brightness just on the Tv, not including the game, can be a real pain. '90s and 2000s had some nice, well engineered stuff. It's why I have a '96 F-250 truck. -- My tv is an old-ish LED. I'm excited to try my first OLED for movies. The type I'm getting has more settings for games to the picture and that'll be more time tweeking stuff, but that's okay. 👀 I'll have to share my thoughts after awhile. -- I do believe tvs in 2010s were definitely up-sold and giving the impression that things were better, than they really were. -- Panasonics are back in the USA. We have our first line of Tvs this year.

Its a very specific questline to get to it, i think you can lock yourself out by burning the tree, i actually went ahead and looked up all the questlines that would be failed or un-progressavle by lighting the fire, and did them. lets just say i had a LOT of unfinished business that i had no clue about before checking.

My favoirte studios are AAs now, like Science Institute (Black Myth), Motive (Dead Space), Bloober Team (Silent Hill 2) and Fromsoftware (FromSoft might be getting a little more AAA now after Elden Ring). -- More gamers are seeing what AAA is all about amd it makes me happy.
