My mother worked in SBI till retirement. It depends whether you are bank employee or someone in card or insurancd section. There r lot of pros if you are an employee- job security, lower interest on loans like house and car loans, better schemes for the family of employee, medical expense coverage, holiday homes all over india at cheap rates, extra allowances on top of good salary...every work requires dedication and requires you to take responsibility, if you are someone who prioritize FINANCIAL STABILITY please IGNORE this video.💁‍♀️ be glad you are blessed with all these benefits not everyone has And to people who say switch to building a business...if you cant handle a bank job you cannot do even half of building a business...lol😂

if one or two leaves a job - we can't generalise it. Some alwas need a comfort zone . Leaving of some people happens in every institution. Even in govt job and even in Security forces a certain percentage of people leave midway. We should See the remaining 95% people who remain there to work.

Positive comment - My friend joined in canara bank..its been 3.5+ years... He was not given any training...he learnt of his own... He is in rural posting. He gets nearly 90k He sends 30k home...and 15k for his own expenses. Petrol..house rent..etc are paid by bank He works from morning 10-7 or 8 In the whole year ... maximum for 10-15 days he stayed till 12..2 night... during audit. Villagers are very helpful and respectful. He goes on trips...he buys all costly items like iphones etc...he is busy during work...but not sad or depressed like ppl say ! He saves around 30k every month...so in these 3 years he saved nearly 10 lakh... He has the option of taking or not taking promotion. His rural posting is over and mostly he will be sent to urban branch next year. In the same bank there is another guy...who joined as PO 8 years back. He doesn't do anything. He didn't take any promotion. But he gets his salary in time. Bank job is not as horrible as ppl say. Everyone who comments are just unlucky for getting a bad branch..or unable to tackle the work. The job demands skills in sales... communication...time management. If u can't do it..quit it. Even if u do mba...u have to work in such high pressure scenerio and private companies can even fire u. The only choice left is ssc exams or rbi or upsc. Ssc jobs offer lesser package. In 75k imagine sending home money... paying house rent...going for trips ... buying things for urself...u will be begging at the end of month. So its based on person to person. Many ssc jobs have transfers too. Dont be scared of rural postings. If there is a bank in rural area...it means there is a huge group of ppl who avail banking services. Its not a desert. And ppl who proudly say they quit banks to join clerk job...i think they have well off parents..own house..or very less ambitions. If u have dependent parents...no house..no car...just sit down and add expenditures. If u marry and have a kid...add those. Add ur savings. Plz do the math. Atleast u have security in this. Ppl in private get fired for no reason. Regarding target - Yes targets are given. And they are unreasonable. Its intentional to make ppl work harder to reach atleast 10% of target. U wont lose job if u don't reach target. But u have to try. If it doesn't happen thats fine. U just have to be little stoic.
