i still think new players should be able to skip purgatorio completely because if you’re actually good at obbies but havent played jtoh purgatorio will be so boring because of the low difficulty, so it wont be interesting for those players since purgatorio gets introduced first new players will play that area first, and better players will just move to ring 1/forgotten ridge instead

I swear man if this area is even modern I’m going to lose it (semi modern/classic as well) Now to explain why so people don’t complain is that, the modern style is so overused and it’s just so washed down now, it would be laggy and make it harder for beginners to beat any towers, and the best reason is the fact that after ring 0 is a classic area aka ring 1 like imagine the player thinking that the rest is going to be like modern but then just thrown into a completely different style that wasn’t really shown in ring 0, it’s obviously going to confuse them and they are going to struggle. I really hope the JToH devs don’t mess this up

in my opinion, purgatorio is NEEDED FOR JTOH, lets be honest, if we want jtoh to have an really decent playerbase, purgatorio is the NEEDED area for it, i might not even mind it being released before z9. its prob one of the most helpfull things that will keep players into jtoh!
