Rest in peace, Mr. Kazuki Takahashi. I didn't give up. I beat all of the best decks. These cards will always be special to me. Winning this tournament, despite being overwhelmed by anxiety when I returned to the game, feels like I'm a HERO too.
What do you think about honest neos being in the hero deck and also trinity?
Can you put this deck on YGOpro so that I can buy direct from TCG player? Did that for another deck (a rokket deck) and it made it SOOOO easy for me to not have to write the whole list down and try and find each individual card.
Anything I can use instead of thrust
I am happy for you man I run the same deck on master duels and it seems like people love talking negative about my hero’s
As a hero player my self having 2 mist (not 1) and 3 Mali as the freest and most valuable discards off of droplet (the honorary hero card), Faris and sometimes super poly if u play it. On top of that the second mist is great for the grind game. The only way hero players should only play one mist is if it gets limited to 1. And 2 increase is correct I’ve play 40-45 from 1 increase to 2 increase and drawing the 1 kills half ur combos and really drops the ceiling you have to play awkwardly and subpar. I would rather open 1 increase and know my combo is still live and that I can bait things out and play correctly then open one know that line is dead
Went 2nd against kashtira. They banished top 3 of my deck, including the 1 increase I ran. Never making that mistake again. 😢 Addendum: going first. Started faris combo, got to vyon. Linked away into cross crusader. Had increase bystialed away. Also extreme sad.
One time I lost at locals in game 3 because I played around Ash/Imperm/Veiler perfectly but they had the 1-of Magnamhut I was so mad lol. My hand could play around everything except a Bystial.

I play 45 cards in my list with 12 non engine and I still see increase at least 1/10 hands. As well as other 1 ofs. Example I had a hand where I drew Liquid, angel, denier, and miracle opening hand. In 45 cards. This was when I was playing angel in the main. So it is still likely to see increase a decent amount in opening hand
Have you thought about cutting the link 3 xtra hero for a dystopia? Love the list
I mentioned in the video that I’m either gonna try that or Dangerous. Probably Dangerous because my matches never go into time.

HERO at 50 using hypergeometric distribution is great because you can play 17 non engine and start off consistent. Im master 1 with HERO only right now in master duel and get meta consistency in my starting hand constantly thanks to that and I play the DHeroDominance engine with Dreadmaster to extend fusion destiny combo and I still don't brick
I have been playing Heroes for a really long time first picked up the deck when it was short printed. I like your overall profile, however, I disagree with the 1 increase. Having two increase is super beneficial in the grind game if you draw one, you can have one in your deck ready to go It has saved me a lot at my locals. Also, I have been play testing en shufflen and D-force again in this format, and it has been a fantastic card to use, if your stratos get imperm, you can use en shuffle to shuffle it back to the deck for a quick shadow mist dark law combo in turn one. D force is really good card to side against tenpai they do not have an out to Plasma, with Plasma being equip with D-Force its pretty much unbeatable.
I still love how thos channel got me into playing e heroes in the first place

Nice profile! Have you ever considered playing crossout at 3 with 1 ash/droll/nib/imperm? I've had some pretty good results with that set up and side in board breakers going second.
Congrats on placing first with your HERO deck! I will respectfully disagree with your claim that 1 Increase is the correct amount to run. I play a 40 card HERO deck, and I run 2 copies of Increase, and statistically speaking, this is way more optimal than running only 1 copy. Since one should generally go first when playing a HERO deck, here are the probabilities of drawing at least one copy of Increase in the starting hand for the following cases. Please note that this for a 40 card HERO deck. * 1 Increase if there is only 1 copy: 12.5% * 1 Increase if there are 2 copies: 22.436% * 2 Increase if there are 2 copies: 1.282% According to these probabilities, you are more likely to shut off the Faris-Increase combo when you only run 1 copy of Increase than when you run 2 copies.
The whole 2 vs 1 increase thing has always been such a weird argument for me. I cannot think of any other deck where the debate on playing 2 vs 1 copy of an archetypal brick has been so divided. I've gone back and forth on it so many times, and I've won locals without that extra copy actually mattering, especially for the reasons you've listed for why you can still play when drawing the card. I think I'll try the one increase again (as well as the second poly which is newer for me) and see how well it works, really like this list.
2 is correct and the only way. Everybody that plays 2 is a new Hero player.
I like 2 increase because i have the possibility to do the vision combo a second time if my opponent dont kill me his turn.
I’ve been more of the board breaker mindset and side the ash. 2 drop/talent/thrust/imperm. Keeping it at 40. I also prefer E-call but much like 2 increase that’s player pref. 2 mask and 2 poly seem to be like the perfect ratio. Enough to see both but not enough for it to be a dead draw. Other than that I like the build! Hero players unite!
Yeah non-engine depends on your locals. I love Droplet and Thrust. Good point about 2 Mask Change and 2 Poly, I agree. Thank you for watching!
@@aherosjourney4638 of course! We gotta spread the hero love and good builds need to be boosted! And no I completely agree on the local to local scene. What you run to a regional vs a persons locals can be vastly different. Everyone by my is rocking voiceless and Snake eye. So if I can’t get lucky I’m getting demolished lol. What’s your opinion on maining super poly btw. I ran that for a while and it did pretty well. Just trying to figure out the extra deck slots was the hardest part imo. I love hearing different people’s perspectives on different tech options.
i’ve tried 1 but 2 has just always felt better to me, helps consistency. If you draw none the second one can come up turn 3 & even if you draw 1 it’s just a discard and your best combo is still live

The best HERO players in the world run 2. if you are playing 1 increase you have a 12% chance of drawing it and not being able to play, and in a long format tournament like a YCS, a large regionals, or a Nationals that 12% will come up often. Nathaniel Christmas is arguably the best HERO player in the world He has a YCS top, a nationals top, 2nd place at 1200 man regionals, a top 4 at another 1000+ person regionals, and I believe a top 8 or 16 at another large regionals all in the past year or so. He plays 2 because through extensive testing 2 lowers variance in a high round tournaments. it amazes me that HERO players will play the 1 increase and claim it doesn't come up that often, and at the same time will play the 1 of called by the grave and sing praises about how called by has won them games. you are drawing that called by statistically the same amount as increase and for every game that called by is making a huge impact increase is fucking your line.
@@oRedW0TAx 2 are bricks, I prefer play 3 vyon 1 increase that 2 vyon 2 increase If u draw 1 increase or your increase was negated and u have vyon, ahl, f-destiny, rota, foolish in your hand, u can do full hero combos without using faris
Congrats bro, nice deck profile 🙏 The 1 Increase will be aways the eternal discussion in this deck, but i think is needed rn, we dont have too much space for tech cards, so we have to try diferent ratios.
Only 1 increase is correct, u have others one cards combo in your deck without using Faris, basically are: vyon, fusion destiny, ahl, rota, foolish. Vyon become the main starter if u use dangerous as extender so u can do full hero combo

And as a HERO player if you haven't opened 3 Mali + 2 mask change in hand you haven't played the deck enough. Of course you play 3. Also I love 2 poly, especially in droll heavy formats. But I also like increase at 2 since it's not a brick if you open it

Thanks for watching! I like Aqua Neos as an Infernal Rage target but I don’t like maining EN Shuffle or Aqua Dolphin because it doesn’t play into fields well.

Why do people typically not run destiny destopia and rather choose to run Dangerous? 👀

I can see the reason for dangerous, but i dystopia has come up for me a lot. It won me 2 matches my last locals. 1 was in time and the other was against purely and we were both top decking for outs and dystopia burn for 1100 won me the match

Welcome back i was waiting for this deck profile. I am running 2 rivarly of warlords i think this card is game if u summon them angel and then activate warlords on his turn. Insta lock on warrior type which is hard to find on other decks
I’ve run that strategy before, it’s so good. Basically FTK. The only outs I can think of are Enemy Controller and Droplet

I got it when it released online, which was on the CoreTCG website. You can find them on eBay, but for a higher price unfortunately.
Also what does dark angel do?
I find that if this deck is flexible as ever. I know you love judgement but it conflicts too much with a hero lives. Yeah it gives heroes a negate(which is sorely needed and chaos is impossible to get out without anki) but heroes are better being able to take a hit but survive a turn and hit back just as hard. Thats the point of gozen and rivalry, to stop them as much as they can stop heroes. Hero decks have no kind of way to stop the opponent other than maybe dark bribe, paradox fusion or dark illusion, random crap like that which is either dead in hand or unusable at the time. Gozen, rivalry, even super poly give a way out of whatever handtrap(and there are many) that can hurt but still be able to move forward. Super poly makes mudragon which can act like a pseudo rivalry. Super poly also makes alot of the heroes like dangerous, zero, escuridao, wingman (if you can get to it before they wipe the field) definitely starving venom or trips to stop their special summon and hopefully thei turn.That super poly says " ok i see what you did and i do this, how do you respond with less resources?" Also its extra polys if you need it for something thats on the field, but mostly to grab your opponents stuff to help out your game state as well. Its not super powerful right now like it was but it puts a monkey wrench. Agreed on the double poly and foolish, also dont see why people dropped ecall? Its setup fodder or it doesnt get stopped and you advance the hero game state. If ecall and faris or ecall and hero lives both get hit, your having a bad game anyways but expect at least one or the other to go off. Foolish is the same thing to me. Idk, just thoughts. No hate here. Loved the video. Keep up the good vibes!✌️ I forgot to mention that extra poly can make guardian chimera cause we have all kinds of names in our deck. Finding the room in the extra deck is a whole nother story.
I'm not happy about tearlaments to bro. I hate that deck. Milling your opponents deck should not be allowed.
Tear don't mill, the ishizu cards do.
@wbrodie55 the deck overall then. No one likes tearlaments. Because it's tier 1, potentially the best deck even after the hits it will be hit on the next list so the deck can go away for good.

Should be a complete ban on looking at any card in your opponents deck, extra deck or hand on turn 1 of duel 1 in a best of 3. You have the advantage of going 1st in a best of 3, should have to do that blind.
Also, since I run a E Hero build... Protection of the elements had been pretty nutty lol
Love the profile but my only push back is increase at 1.... All of the HERO decks that have topped nationally at YCS events over the past couple of months or so (top 32 or better) all run increase at 2... I run 2 increase in a 45 card build and thats where I've had most success... If I hard draw one then I can just poly him off with liquid for sunrise knowing I have a 2nd in the deck... Drawing the only copy you run typically ends up with you getting OTK by your opponent because you cant use the vision package to extend
Thank you. I did notice that Nathan Christmas got top 32 at Nationals and 2nd at the LA Regional with 2 Increase. Great player, respect to him. We all have our own opinion about the deck and that's okay. I've had my most success with 1, and others have had success with 2. I appreciate your support.

15:20 I don’t understand why you would still go for plasma. Surely it would be much better to go for dark Angel.
Basically I go for Dark Angel no matter what but for the sake of the video, I wanted to summon Plasma in one of the combos just to have variety.
