    I agree ! I would rather pay $7k - $10k commission cost and fees than to struggle and put out a house out there. Two of my neighbors did that and lost big and it was just a mess. I’m selling and I’m happy that someone is out there getting a buyer while I worry about my life at home with my family.

    • @tonywalliskw

  • @logantodd3974

    Yeah cause starting out you can just be approved for a mortgage, and move right into your own house. With no or one rental history, and a job you've had for a year maybe 2. Now if your talking about mid 20 year olds that's different... But if your explaining why you should own instead of renting right off... Well come on man

    • @tonywalliskw
      @tonywalliskw 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I hear you! There are options in NH to get grants that can cover some or all of the down payment. All I am saying is sooner is better than later so your building your wealth and not your landlords!

    • @logantodd3974
      @logantodd3974 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tonywalliskw no I absolutely agree, renting is like giving your hard earned money away to support someone else's fun fund... It sucks, and as soon as someone builds the necessary requirements that said person should definitely consider moving into a house and building a home out of it versus renting and paying somebody else's bills. I don't disagree at all
