No -You can not take help from online resources-this is prohibited. You can refer all Notes, taken in the course, reference to standards (9000/9001/19011 or even 17021 if you need) and a bilingual dictionary.

Hi-Within a year from the last date of the course you have to write the restest.You get only one chance. You have to apply thro your training provide. Once you register, IRCA will send you and Exam link and write the exam within specified date. Get your results within 10-12 days

@@rehamsamy6801 Thanks for reaching out- please note that the pass mark is 40 out of 80 average and 40% in all 5 sections ! 44 means you passed! But make sure you score minimum 40% in all sections also !

@@rehamsamy6801 you need to score 40% min in all 5 modules and average 50% covering all modules ! Which is 80 marks and your average score must be 40.

Please sir when is doing the exams u said is open book. Can I refer to my standard which is a soft copy on my laptop. Or I MUST print it out and use only hard copy?

@ hello there- thank you for contacting me - I recommend you to use printed copy of ISO 9000/9001/19011 for convenience ! Moving between computer may create greater issues than a convenience!

@@poo1anu hello there - thank you for your enquiry- we do not sell question bank as such rather give a rigorous training and guidance during the practice session that makes sure in most course our access rate is 100% and in some cases some mishaps happen mainly due to line constraints but they do mostly in 2nd attempt when we provide free sessions and additional guidance ! This is the best way to learn - no one can pass IRCA memorizing some question! You mind would be enriched and then exam will be a cake walk! We also conduct an exam with IACET USA accredited Certificate and CEU with individual feedback - the learners know where they are strong and there they need to strengthen! This make the difference !

Sorry there is no full time exam even by CQI/ IRCA as on date- there is no sample questions that can be shared. However , we are also accredited by IACET USA to award certificates with global recognition. refer www.iacet.org. we award digital certificates, Digital badges with 4 ICET CEU.SO you get two certificates. In our exam we will know your strenth and weakness. Even if you pass-the errors made must be clarified and known before you go for audit. so we make you aware what you might have done wrong-this is how you become exceptionally great

@@azmatfarooq1314 sorry I do not have model questions to share! We have another examination for our certification with IACET CEU as per ANSI / IACET 1:2018 standard ! TCB is an IACET US accredited provider as well! We were the first in India and ME

The moment the learners' data is uploaded to CQI/IRCA portal, immediately the learners get the link with the password. and this is when one can start practicing. However, I recommend waiting till the last day of the course because it is technically wrong to attempt an exam without completing the course-unknown questions can create more panic and discomfort than building confidence.

and well your data can be uploaded on day 1, however we prefer to upload on the last day of the course

What is difference between AUDIT AND INSPECTION ?

very interesting question. there are lot of similarities between an audit and an inspection , both are a verification process .however the salient difference is audit is a process to systematically look at a system, for assessing conformity to requirements. For example, when you are doing an audit of say measuring and monitoring of product which is basically an inspection, you will not start measuring yourself and doing the inspection yourself to verify whether the inspections were done properly. and the results are accurately reported. As an auditor, you would see whether the inspections are being performed at the defined interval, by the authorized person who is competent and whether inspection results are documented, whether all inspections are being conducted as per the requirements, and whether the results meet the requirement or otherwise and all such observations are documented. In other words, you are checking the system. If you find the inspector is not competent or the inspections are not being done as per the intervention points such as ITP, the person doing the inspections is not authorized, correct documentation is not being referred e,g drawing/instructions/procedures as applicable and results are not documented-you would raise Corrective action. If all are in conformity , you give a thumbs up to them 👍
