i don't think you need the lower waiting platform, the purpose of lowering the killing chamber was to allow mobs to spawn while you're killing them also there's a mob cap, so waiting too long to kill them is kinda inefficient

yes i do have a very good mob farm, but it requires a lot of bamboo and string for scaffolding

everything about bees: i guess the stuff with the flowers, which you already found out if bees sting you, they lose their stinger and die after a while, cause... they're bees... as other guy said, campfire under it to get honey without the bees getting angry you need silk touch to mine a bee nest and the bees will actually stay inside and will be "in your inventory" shear the bee nest to get honey combs, bottle it for a bottle of honey if a tree grows and there's a flower within i think a 3 block radius, there's a chance for it to spawn a bee nest you can craft beehives with honey combs and planks and they sleep at night, but in the end or nether there is no night, so they will work infinitely

btw there's a sprint key (by default it's ctrl), so if you're going up a mountain, you can just hold your sprint key and w instead of double tapping w everytime your sprint resets and when you're just going straight you can also just hold w and tap your sprint key once instead of double tapping w

you can use carpets on your fences to get in and out of your animal pens, the hitbox of the carpet makes it so that you can jump on it and go over the fence, but the animals can't auto-jump on the carpet

You can extract honey or honeycomb from the hive safely by putting a campfire under it first.
