Great observation! I run comfyui on a gaming desktop, and now also as an AWS instance, then can access it locally via ip address. When you launch comfyui portable on a pc you can edit the bat file to listen on local host, an ip, url, and port. Some days easier to boot pc in other side of desk and focus on creation on my Mac.

@@creatorbrew brilliant bro! I have the same needs but cant get this working. Tried using wireguard but because it's just a remote desktop, basically you are still using the PC😂 Will you make a tutorial of how do you do this? I'd definitely check on that!

Install Comfyui locally?? Download from its git page the self contained package for Windows. Or are you talking about something else?

You can download the original ipadapters from git. Or, with a little rework, you can rewire the new ipadapters to the flow (swap in). How much should I help? Always a question, part of learning is working through a minor bump since 3 years from now who knows what the exact adapters will be but the workflow concept will be the same. But I can see if anyone wishes a one click solution having a new tutorial would accommodate them.

The Ipadapter apply node is replaced with the ipadapter adavanced, but the problem there is the image connection which I am running into

Training a Lora on the jacket would help keep consistency. Or using a photo of the jacket and inpainting to switch people.

@@creatorbrew we have hundreds of items and unfortunately training a Lora on each would not be feasible compared to traditional methods

Hi, thank you for watching and enjoying. Yes, you can use the image and then wire in the mask as an image to skip segment anything. It would simplify. Segment anything is better suited for when you want your mages to be batched and don’t have the time to mask.

I think he's using a model with a baked vae, so it's not loaded by a seperate node.

leave at 0, but, for best results you can do X number of frames at a time. Like setting batch to 60 will do the first 60 frames. Setting the start time to 30 will do the next 30 frames and so on. This works best not throwing a whole video into it, but picking out the good segments to batch and moving forward. Good= a person is looking at camera and about to turn. That's one batch. The person begins to turn, that's the second batch. And so on.

Hi - 1. download the portable version of comfyui. And test it by running the default workflow that shows (the case) up 2. Install the manager. 3. Update comfyui 4. Download the workflow. 5. Go to the manager and install the missing nodes. 6. Restart confyui manually (check your see if there are any node conflicts. 7. Download the models and place them in the model folder. 8. Restart comfyui (or click the refresh button) to have those models listed. 9. Start out simple, 1024x1024 images for the person snd the clothes.

@@DwaynePaisleyMarshall If I remember, I think that error happens when the wrong model is used. (the only other reason would wrong node).

Did you down load the workflow, went to the manager, added the missing nodes, restart comfy? As long as the provided workflow works you can reproduce on your own.

@@creatorbrew Yep I did all of this, there just isn't an equlivent node for ApplyIPA adaptor, not unless the IPA has had an update?

@@creatorbrew seems like there is no "apply ipadapter" node in ipadapter plus which is the package it should come with.

Which files? The image is dragged to comfyui interface (you probably knew that), the models can be placed in the stable diffusion models folder.

Hi - you can try CPU instead of GPU when launching comfyui. Go to github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI and download the standalone/portable. When launching use the CPU instead of the GPU. This will ignore the graphics card and run it from the AMD/Intel processor. Though it will run slower than than with GPU. The other options are to use an online service like RunPod www.runpod.io/ where you are trying Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI / Automatic1111 in the cloud. It does cost $ to use. The final option is if you are enjoying Comfyui / Automatic 1111 (both using Stable Diffusion models) then if you can, you can find laptops for $999 new with 8GB Nvidia GPU RTX4060 and intel 13 chip www.microcenter.com/product/664253/acer-nitro-17-an17-51-70cb-173-gaming-laptop-computer-platinum-collection-black Or similarly you can find RTX4060 desktops for about $1000. While this can be a bit expensive to start, and it isn't very green to place aside working tech - if you are enjoying the exploration of image generative art and you are ready to do this locally, it is time to get yourself the right tools. The RTX4080 is the best price point. the RTX 4090 is faster, but can also get hot. I am writing what will get you started. The best entry level into the sport of Stable Diffusion would be an RTX4070 card with 12GB of graphics ram. But that will bump up the price point. Look for the "Super" cards if you find them (newer RTX) and AVOID the RTX4050. because of the 6GB limit (Stable Diffusion likes to start at 8GB) and that the RTX4050 just works slower than the other cards. Let me know what you decide.

i havent tried this myself, but maybe load batch image could work? i dunno if the node works in the way that it would put all images together as 1 process, or if it would jsut give you one generation per image, but it might be worth a try

Why = AI isn’t Photoshop and it has to dream up what you are asking. However, with the right prompts and control you can force the randomness into a closer space . Hi- are you using the same node from the downloaded workflow? Did you up grade comfyui and updated the nodes and the restarted and after restart quit and restart manually? If you can share a screen shot it will help postimages.org

Yeah it's all the same. I tried everything. Node just has no upload button, path doesn't work, don't have any ability to push a video to this node at all. I'm at work but can send a photo later

​​⁠also try a fresh portable version and just the video mode loading. Sometimes there are node conflicts, starting with the portable and the node in question helps with troubleshooting.

It could be the usual 1) update comfyui, 2) update the nodes 3) make sure the models are the correct version. Which node does it fail at?

Hi- have you tried the following: download the new portable version of comfyui (that’s the self contained folder with no installs) then install the comfyui manager.. update “all” the comfyui and nodes. Then follow the workflow .

The hands 🙌 can be done by making its own rig and connecting it to the existing rig, though at that point it would be better to use the HumanIK full method to get hands and whole body
