I fly quads of all types, but 5" freestyle is my jam. I'm not very good though but I have fun and that's what it's all about!

Sky Poaching
As the title states, this video is about Sky Poaching. Hitting spots that require quick in and outs.
You won't see one full length battery flight with music here, this video is done in the old skate video style. Mainly because poaching involves flying somewhere you sorta shouldn't be and getting in for a single maneuver or two and then quickly leaving before anyone even knows what the sound of that big dive or power loop was. This means your quad should be running little to no LEDs. the more discreet, the better.

It was the place to be in the 80s and with FPV freestyle flying, it can a playground at night. After all the shops have closed and customers have left, that's when we take over. I found a tight gap I had been eyeing and finally decided to take it on. Took couple passes but managed to stick a couple before packing it in.

This spot is at Spa Utopia parking and several other businesses which are empty at night. The treeline and adjacent building offer some good opportunities to shoot some gaps. So we call Drone utopia.

Had to run into town while on vacation and I saw a perfect perch point to rip some trees. I love proxy in trellises when you can flirt with disaster. This is proof to never give up and keep your quad armed until you hit the deck.

Sure, night rips are more difficult than flying in the light of day, nut you sure do get your pick of the litter when it comes to creative lines in public places. It is way too busy in the daytime to hit up mall parklands like these. I'm a pilot of the night.
