The Naturehood project aims to create more places for nature both in the villages and in the surrounding countryside, linking up where possible with the existing nature reserves and known sites of interest. It has been enabled by local residents and volunteers of the three Lincolnshire Parishes of Baston, Langtoft and Thurlby in South Kesteven. The Naturehood project has been supported by the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.
Part of the project is to raise awareness of the amazing diversity of wildlife living in the area and to encourage more people to take an interest in and cherish our wildlife and wild places. This TH-cam Channel is to share some of the wildlife video footage we have captured on our sites or in the area.
