I work in the pharma industry I work in QC , I do bpharm, my senior with 9 years experience (work in divis,gland pharma,GSK, hetero, hplc GC dept executive) but salary is 35k , most of the time we do Over time(2hour avg ) . 17 year experience in qc( qms dept ) took 67k 😅 For QC ... Msc chem, msc biotechnology is preferred than bpharm QA .. msc bsc b.pharm ,m.pharm Production : bpharm, any graduated(life sciences related),bsc, iti, diploma There are lots of bpharm bsc students so now they stop hiring freshers.. my friend(actually junior)university topper get job of 15k in qa . After 4 years of experience you can expect 4 to 5 lakh Mpharm from (NIPER ) Expect average of 4-6 lakh
