Love Joel McHale! How inspiring to have a professor bring one of the most successful, lovable and talented actors live to answer student questions. For students to be starting their journey in media with exposure to a wonderful example of what’s good in the industry, is nothing short of an incredible opportunity.
Whenever I do this, the cylinder just rockets into the direction of its top, regardless of what speed I set it to. I have no idea why.

Hey Bro, i was wondering if you were planning on doing any more O3de tutorials, yours was amazing and their seems to be a short supply of tutorials for O3de.
Thank you for the compliment. I was working in the O3DE engine and teaching how to use it a university so I had time to make tutorials for it. Since I don't have any classes on it right now. I haven't had a chance to make any new videos. Hopefully in the future when I go on break.
@@3dteacher unfortunately bro, i am a hair away from un-installing O3de and booting up Unreal, i really don't want to give unreal any money, but all of the tutorials on O3de are out of date, non-existent or just hiding in the internet black whole somewhere, i am talking about basic stuff like how to add Crouch to your characters animations, how to spawn in entities and how to add water to your game.
It's all custom stuff a friend made. I wonder if I can upload it on here. I can also email them or throw them up on GitHub if you want the files.

Glad i found your channel. I just downloaded O3DE....do you have any tutorials on how to import an animated model with an armature? Ive been struggling for days trying to get a low poly car but it either doesnt appear in the editor, or sometimes only one piece will show. Any guidance would be extremely appreciated. Thanks!
