Discus were really hard 20 years ago. Now they thrive in tap water!

I want to keep bare bottom tank for discus is it necessary to place white or black paper under tank so that discus fish can't see himself in bottom glass. I hv glow tetra so I can't put paper under tank now what I can do.

Dear I hv glow tetra and tiger barbs in 80 gal tank with 10 gal sump filter total 90 gal tank. Can I add discus in same tank with Glow Tetra and Tiger barbs. My tank is open from top so discus can jump out or not.

In LA and OC in California, I get good quality 2 to 3 inch discus for ＄20 and B quality ones for ＄16.

Angelfish are pretty territorial. Remove it from the tank if it causes any more problems.

this is kinda happening with my pleco and its trying to suck the slime coat out of my spotted catfish so maybe ill just separate the catfish because its getting mistaken as food for the pleco
