    Drive is a really good strong good feel and control. Seems like ya just don’t like stiffer strings.

    Am I weird that I use the EZONE 98 Tour for only for singles, and the VCORE 95 only for doubles? I love volleying with the VCORE and return of serves with the EZONE

    Hi! Very nice video, thank you for sharing!!! I come from a PA100/300g, I tried ezone 98/305 , I really like the control and precision but I did not like the stiffness and (maybe because I came from a spin frame) the ball goes too much long with the EZ. So I studied a little bit more and discovered that vcore tour98/315 can me my next frame, spin/control and less stif than the ez, so it should be something like the pa100/300 that I’m using now, but with more power control precision and consistency , have you ever thought to switch to vcore tour??? Your comment will be very helpful for me, thank you!!!

    Thank you very much. I try poly tour rev and I love the string, super touch, control and excellent for slice, serve and volley. I play on clay, Argentinian polvo ladrillo with humidity and I could generate spin if I focus on it. Best string ever

    I had gravity pros, had severe tennis elbow pain and got TFCC sprain in the wrist. I switched to yonex vcore 98 2023 version and use lynx touch poly Tennis elbow has gone and currently recovering from the wrist injury. I also had an issue with how I served, I used to serve big (110+ mph) but my technique would cause a lot of Tennis elbow pain. So I am currently doing half serves as I'm still recovering from wirst injury. It's hard in the initial days like first 2 weeks but I had to stop tennis for 2 months and even nowadays I play only 1-2 hours die to the wrist. After the first 2 weeks I got used to not playing tennis daily😢

    Great review! Have you tried out lynx touch on Vcore 98? It's comfortable string but how much more comfortable is it than Poly tour rev or pro. Also how much spin/ tension maintenance does it give compared to these polys?

    Thanks for the review BST. With the added lead on Ezone it would feel more stable and have a much higher swing weight than stock, none apparent on Vcore, and as another person commented, the Vcore is one generation behind the Ezone you're using. Maybe ok for Ezone vs Vcore overall, not gen to gen. My last was a Vcore 98 Galaxy black, 305g with lead at 3-9, leather grip + overgrip, 330 swing weight. Loved that racquet, switched due to repping another brand, I've yet to find that overall feel and playability with my new sticks; getting closer. Bottom line, Yonex makes some of the best racquets in the industry, QC is unmatched so if you buy 2 or more frames they will be exceptionally close in spec. JC

    Careful when choosing your string, now the rev comes in that orange colour and that's it as for the Poli tour pro it comes in 4 colours. Now here's the catch, the same string behaves differently depending on the colour, it's all about the pigment used when fabricating the string. You have 4 colours in the poly tour pro the yellow being the softest and the black the stiffest. There is so much of a difference between the yellow and the black that you can basically say that is not the same string. I know an atp ranked player that uses the black poly tour pro because of this reason, I strung his racket myself 😉

    Spin, Air and Drive are all good strings. Even used on the WTA/ATP Pro tour. Just shows that (1) strings are subjective (2) 3.5 players like yourself have different preferences to stronger players.

    Hey thanks so much for making this video. I just switched to the Yonex Zone 100 and used Poly Tour Pro and absolutely loved it. I played a couple sets and was just loving the racket and string, then the 2nd time I played with it, my balls started sailing out. I love the softness of the string so much though, was wondering what you thought about just going higher on tension to compensate for the tension loss? Or I guess I could try Poly Tour Rev as well. Let me know your thoughts

    The cosmetic of the Percept 97H really grew on me once I hit with it in person, I can say for sure it's a better connected feel compared to previous Vcore Pro 330g versions before it. Really prefer the servo-filter compared to VDM in the handle. Great video, hoping to see more from you soon!

    Thank you for this review. Heavier racquets are better for the arm. I switched to ezone tour as well. And arm problems are gone. There is an interesting video from a HEAD representative also validating that. Players should go with the heavier racquet they can handle. Added weight equals stability.

    Thanks for sharing your review. I injured my shoulder playing with the ezone strung with confidential, which is pretty similar to the Rev. I found your video very interesting. Btw, did you consider hybrid these two strings? Maybe polytour pro on the cross and the rev on the main? Thanks

    Enjoying your vids. You have proper technique. I thought I had golfers elbow, but turns out it was my median nerve. If your pain or discomfort feels like you cant pin point it or a bit muted then its a nerve. The median nerve runs from the shoulder all the way down arm past the inside bottom part of fold. Anyway - i did the flossing exercises for median nerve (youtube vids) and it made a huge difference. Maybe it helps. Cheers

I have a powerful serve with a bit of spin, and a pretty flat two handed backhand. I’ve seen a lot of good things about the Ezone 98/100 And the Babolat Pure Drive/Aero.
