This is a nice place to live people are nice good amenities like gym, pool, dry cleaning service, playroom.

The apartments on the lower floors (aka the ones that are slightly closer to realistic price points) seem to be furnished MUCH better than the penthouses…. Assuming it’s because these are more normal people furnishings rather than going over the top. Because both penthouses in 432 seem unlivable tbh but the ones I see on the lower floors just feel a bit more “home” and welcoming

If I lived there... clothing would be forever optional! 🤗😄

Looks like one has to insert themselves into that shower rather than walk straight into it ,,,, to be honest the apt from what I see was renovated at minimal cost and by contractors who didn't know anything about marble tiles ,,,, a shame because it's not so bad as location

I like the Ikea kitchen. Strangely, the bedroom has no bedside lamp. The 'Living Area' is a bit small. Externally, it's not an attractive building. In fact it looks like an unfinished project at odds with the surrounding area. But that's just my opinion.

Darn near all videos of apartments seem more about interior decorating. What I want would require ripping EVERYTHING out and starting over, So wasteful. Guess I have to be in on the building's opening/original construction. I'm not buying a department store.

This place is a cold, cramped, sterile, claustrophobic, unexciting, maze of boredom. You will get to look out the window to see more tall, dull gray buildings. If you are stuck in this place during the Covid pandemic, you will go crazy. If you have to return every day from another tall, gray building after work to this stale, pale poor excuse for living space, you will go crazy. You would have to go on vacation just to see blue sky, feel a comforting breeze, smell grass or hear a bird. Side note: you will find none of that in Central Park on the best of days. The pool looks like the NASA training pool for the Mercury 7 water landing. That is the reality.

Does this apartment come with a discount considering this building is found to have design flaws, flooding problems, elevators not working during high winds and noise problems.

I'm really amazed how low standard the apartments in US are. How is it possible that US is so behind comparing to Europe (I live in Poland). kitchen appliances in 90% of listings look like from early 90-s. Toilets without hidden cistern (which is a standard in most homes nowdays) really reminds me of 80s/90s standards. Are there no "built-in" types of appliances that would match the kitchen furniture ? This all looks like really low budget.... Is all of the above too expensive or people have no sense of how to design their homes ?

I will never understand double sinks in bathrooms of luxury apartments. A couple, no matter how much in love, doesn't have to spend every moment together. Surely, "luxury" would mean having one's own personal bathroom. They may as well put two toilets next to each other.
