Why is a patients healthcare information going to a healthcare provider in the first place? Meaning that the patients information belongs to them and if the healthcare provider (i.e. stakeholder) requests it then they should be doing it according to a digital contract of some type. Having a one-to-one or one-to-many stakeholder relationship doesn't scale and is the very reason why patient data is being duplicated over and over again. This is highlighted by Ricard Mediicott at 45 mins in. A better approach is to have digital forum or many-to-many stakeholder relationship where stakeholders can share or request a contract to the database that houses the patients data according to where they are in the forum or conversation. This obviously could be stored in any type of storage device including block chain.
The treaty assured equality under the law, simple and simple is what democracy requires. Once distinctions are made democracy dies and supremacy arrives.

Tena koe. What an excellent presentation Rangatira. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
This guy is a good speaker. Its a shame he is continuing the tribal view of the world
Most western science is not based on culture. Rather its based on modern theories and science. Medicine has nothing to do with the Treaty of Waitangi
First!! Get the comparison between the te Reo and the English versions of the Treaty right. Neither say anything about a partnership of principles. They also say that Maori (a loose confederation of tribes) ceded sovereignty to the Crown. All the subsequent add-ons are smoke and mirrors. That the first step to understanding the Treaty. So start there. Then we can talk about the "needs" of Maori regards health
😂😂😂😂 chap half the iwi didnt moko Te Tīiti
I was really interested in that talk until he called people who were dubious about the covid vaccine "stupid". Just like some Maori are justified in being suspicious of mainstream Healthcare, some none Maori people are too because of negative experiences in their past. I had both my vaccines but after the second one I felt really unwell and did not want to get the booster. That doesn't make me "stupid", but scared for my health and well being.
