GoPro released the HERO13 back in September of 2024. This release included a new mounting system that uses a magnetic folding finger system. GoPro notes this new mounting system is only designed for the HERO13 but seeing the HERO12 has the same dimensions as the HERO13, I decided to take the risk and see if the new fingers would fit my HERO12. We decided to take a break in the middle of our Shiminami Kaido ride to visit the Kousanji Temple and the Hill of Hope. Wow what a great place to visit. I strongly suggest you stop by if you ever do the Shiminami Kaido ride. Just make sure you have enough time to visit you will not be disappointed.
