Pro Tip; If you have to sit on your backpack like this, to close it. It means you got to much with you.

😄 strapping a pack to the front of her like a paratrooper That looks nice but does it hold up to extreme abuse like a Kelty Redwing (I know it's 50L) does? I've had Osprey accesory bags when travelling on the road by foot and freight train that ripped real easy so Im paranoid of Osprey but their packs look nice.

I have this exact backpack, used a different type of cheaper duffle as an airporter, but think I'm going to get the Osprey one, my only reservation is that it looks quite big when packed. Your video was very useful, thanks.

It's called the Osprey Airporter. This one in a medium. You have to purchase it separately.

Probably yes, looks bulky, but not heavy.
I am always wondering when people pack things into plastic bags - it is good protection but it cannot breathe. Don't the clothes get smelly?
Surprisingly they didn't! Probably because most of the bags got holes in them haha. There did however survive (just about) the 8 months I was away.

That airporter is fuckin huge , should I buy an S small for the farpoint 70l Large ?
Far too much stuff if your sitting on the pack to do it up, it quickly becomes annoying when you have to do it several times a day ( I had to send stuff home after only a few weeks so I know!) and all that plastic! Your dorm-mates will quickly hate you! Use packing cubes, they are much better and amazing.
Where are you going and for how long? I was getting myself a backpack for 2 months trip in Europe, a 70L backpack seems just about right to you. That makes me reconsider how big of a backpack should I get, I was getting myself a 62L backpack by the way.
I took far too much stuff! The great thing with the Osprey Farpoint is it comes with the day pack which is so handy, but I could have had a smaller back pack for sure! Having said that they can be pricey, so think about what you will need for future trips :)

Yes it does. That's what I put in the day pack also :)

My 15 inch Mac Book Pro with thick case fit in nicely, so I would imagine your could :)

Hi, yes it is. I have the older version but they are essentially the same, though I do think Osprey have scrimped on the quality just slightly unfortunately. Still in my opinion the best backpack and after 9 months travelling it is still is great condition! :)
so it also comes with that other backpack? the little one? i think it's 70 liters including the little backpack up the front
Yes it is 70L including the little day pack which can zip onto the big backpack to make one 70L or you can separate them to use the little one for day-to-day - extremely handy!

Yes in the video I also put a 15 inch Macbook pro in a thick Thule case in to the day pack. It fits like a dream!

I am not sure on that. I would assume the fitting of it when a man/women is wearing it might differ slightly.

Does the Osprey cover bag come with the backpack or did you purchase it separately?
I purchased it separately. If you are taking a few flights or afraid you might need an extra bag it is great because you can fit both inside the airporter without it counting as two bags.
