When you use the 90° air tool with a buffing head on it. All this stuff goes into the chamber where the gears are at. It'll eat that damn thing. All the sand in the first thing you should do is take a pressure washer with it degreaser and pressure wash the whole axle off. When you see where the goddamn o-rings are gaskets are leaking then you replace that. And if it's in the shop you check the gears. Especially if it is a snow plow truck. Change the oil in that transfer case transmission the engine. Use some STP driving around for a couple weeks and change oil again. If you need brakes you put them in now so you don't have to do it in the winter. That's the mechanics job. To check all these things you need this or that you need new tires. Do you need new rims..... Your engine block heater don't work.. you need to put a new thermostat in it you need a new heater core you need to flush all that junk out of it. We keep that Tom Schmidt. We use that for things needs a new radiator Tom. You can't use old radiator fluid in a truck engine any motor. Grow germs . Do you know why you do it now so you don't have to work in the motherfuker in the winter.. check the tie rod ends the gearbox for the steering system that nobody changes the oil on it. New spark plugs new coil packs. Use a machine for testing that.... Adjust the valves if it needs it. And Tom how many hours should you this take one day if that. You have six people working on it to get done faster... And this doesn't give you permission to steal things out of it either Tom Schmidt cuz it ain't your property. Do you want to fuel heater.... It's a manual you might need a new clutch and that sucks moving out or taken out in the winter. That's why there's oil all over the engine in the transmission of the transfer case or the axles because it's leaking. This is Tony Myers the best mechanic in the world around here. I would have: Covered the internals. Probably not necessary, but good for piece of mind. Cleaned the surface with brake clean before AND after grinding. Tightened in a star pattern.
