Great way for a good amount. I've heard that you can stuff a quart jar with shredded cabbage and add 1 tsp each salt,sugar, and vinegar to have kraut in a month. I hate to waste food and will try that out first but if I get a bunch of free cabbage I'll give your method a go. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Thanks for the video! What level did you leave your gas at and did you change it at any point? If so, at what point? I’m cooking a 9.3lb pork butt in mine and planning on 4-5hrs. It’s my first time so if that was actually 12lbs then I’m going to keep a close eye on I mine after 3hrs. I had mine vertical @ 30min. until I saw yours fat side up(horizontal) so I ran out and flipped mine propper like yours haha. Thanks again bud🤙🏻
