ICC500 Cabinet LLVD and BLVD Setting
ICC500 Cabinet LLVD and BLVD Setting || ICC500 Power Cube Parameters Updating
ICC500 Huawei Power Cabinet Specifications:
The ICC500 (Intelligent Control Cabinet) by Huawei is a power cabinet designed for telecom base stations, data centers, and other communication facilities. It's primarily used for housing power equipment like rectifiers, batteries, controllers, and distribution boards. The cabinet helps manage and distribute electrical power to the telecommunication or IT equipment.
Here are some typical specifications and features of the ICC500 Huawei Power Cabinet:
Key Specifications:
Dimensions:
Height: 2200 mm
Width: 600 mm
Depth: 700 mm (varies slightly based on configuration)
Power Supply:
Input Voltage: AC 220V ± 15% (Typical)
Output Voltage: DC 48V (standard for telecom and networking equipment)
Capacity:
DC Power Output: Ranges from 10A to 300A or more, depending on the number of rectifiers installed and load requirements.
Supports up to 4 or more rectifiers in a single cabinet.
Cooling:
Forced Air Cooling with Fans: Ensures that power components and batteries are kept within optimal temperature ranges.
Temperature range: Typically, 0°C to 45°C for operation.
Battery Support:
The cabinet can house different types of batteries, including VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) or Li-ion (Lithium-ion) batteries, depending on the needs.
Battery backup: Typically provides 4-6 hours of backup power at full load.
Communication Interface:
Integrated with Huawei’s proprietary management system, supporting SNMP, Web-based management, and local monitoring via touch panels or PCs.
Alarm handling and notifications for system monitoring.
Efficiency:
High efficiency (typically 94%) for the rectifiers to minimize power loss.
Intelligent power management to optimize energy use.
Safety Features:
Overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection.
Environmentally safe, with adequate ventilation and fire prevention measures.
LLVD (Low Voltage Disconnect) and BLVD (Battery Low Voltage Disconnect):
These are two important concepts related to power supply systems, particularly in telecom and data center environments. Both terms describe mechanisms designed to protect the battery and power systems.
LLVD (Low Voltage Disconnect):
Definition: LLVD refers to a safety feature in power systems that disconnects or cuts off power when the voltage falls below a certain threshold, preventing further damage to equipment or batteries.
Function: This mechanism is generally used in DC power systems to avoid deep discharge of batteries. When the DC output voltage drops below a preset value (say 40V), the LLVD disconnects the load to prevent irreversible damage to the batteries.
Purpose: To protect the integrity of the battery and prolong its life by preventing deep discharge, which can shorten the lifespan of batteries, particularly lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries.
BLVD (Battery Low Voltage Disconnect):
Definition: BLVD is a similar concept but specifically focused on the battery’s low voltage level. It disconnects the battery from the load when the voltage of the battery falls below a critical threshold.
Function: This disconnect function is triggered when the voltage of the battery reaches a dangerous low level (e.g., 42V or 43V in a 48V system). The goal is to prevent damage to the battery caused by deep discharge, which could reduce its usable life or even render it unusable.
Purpose: BLVD is particularly focused on maintaining battery health by ensuring it does not enter a state of over-discharge, which is detrimental to its chemistry.
Differences between LLVD and BLVD:
LLVD is typically a system-wide feature, meaning it can protect both the entire power system and the batteries by disconnecting any equipment when the voltage is too low.
BLVD, on the other hand, is more specifically concerned with protecting the battery itself from low voltage conditions that could harm its performance.
Both mechanisms are important in power cabinets like the Huawei ICC500 because they protect the battery from damage and ensure the longevity of the equipment. These protections also ensure that there is no sudden drop in power supply, which could affect critical telecom or networking operations.
In summary, the ICC500 Huawei Power Cabinet is designed to provide efficient, reliable, and scalable power solutions for telecom and data center infrastructure, with critical safety and protection features like LLVD and BLVD helping to ensure the longevity of the batteries and the overall system's performance.

@@ketulpatel2012 it depends on the BTS type you are working. If you are working on the latest technology like AMIA ,ASIA or ABIA it's very easy you can login from any browser by changing its IPs from Settings. If you are working on old BTS like 2G flexi BTS using BTS Site Manager tools it's little bit different the AMIA .

I have a big problem when connecting to BTS, I know that the IP must be set on the PC/laptop so that I can connect to the AMIA card with the Chrom browser, unfortunately not apples. I turned off all firewalls with this command "netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off" but unfortunately it still doesn't work, I put 4 different laptops with various operating systems and nothing, they are all received from the company. I have one that I finally managed to connect with, but it is the personal one. Does anyone know what settings must be made on the network card to let you connect to BTS?
Brother as you said you set all IP's Correctly and still you are facing problems it seems your laptop window is not supporting. You need to install new window then try I hope you will be able to login.
