Without logs it's impossible to say exactly what is going wrong for you, but I highly doubt that you're executing the rotation and managing cooldowns even close to what the rank 1 hunter is doing if you're asking this question. Not trying to shit on you or anything but it's important to understand the immense skill gap between someone like Banshers and normal players like you and I. You can't improve if you're already assuming you're doing it correctly. Disregarding that, If you're looking at the overall damages routing will have the biggest impact on your overall throughput. If you're not aware of this already you probably aren't doing keys in which routing is planned out, consistent and communicated beforehand.

​@@lilbaby9547 thanks for your comment but you need to pay attention on the fact that I have never said that I am executing the rotation 100% same, secondly I also never ever have denied the skill gap between us, there must be so he is the best and I am an overall one. If I would be a person like you said I would never ask this question. I watched the video 5 times already, for this dungeon pulls are the same for sure and while watching I was like oh I would do this right here, that's why I can tell "pretty much" same which is ~90%. What I noticed my targeting is different from him, while he is positioning himself middle of the packs while they are almost in shape of a cone and I position myself while lining the adds in one line and focus on the closest to myself. I asked if it's really that makes a difference. Another point is I am sure he had this type of questions lots of times and did a research about them already and which is I am curious about his insights. First rule of self improvement neither being to humble nor too cocky and I was not trying to be either one of them. I might be failed it while expressing it and thank you for letting me do a better expression, really appreciate it and instead of asking something too general like "how are you this good" wanted to narrow it down. Anyways I do in this dung 1.9m in overall and have been copying his talents all this time but I discovered that he also has youtube channel which gave me the chance to watch him aswell. I still know that he is the best and I am not being cocky by comparing myself to him, instead just trying to learn from him. Hope it was more clear this time. Kind regards.

@@mertbaranunal9926 I see what youre saying, just want to add that i have no intent to offend or anything. Other than that this type of question is very very common where "low skill" players focus on step 4 and 5 instead of really grasping 1 and 2 first, but you're probably aware of that from what you write here. Again you might very well be a good player looking to improve. Nothing wrong with your question at its core, I just made an assumption really. But to try and be a little helpful you can look to compare movement patterns in stressful packs/bosses by recording your own gameplay in tough keys to see what he's doing that you feel like you're not. Lastly, regarding overalls it's extremely hard to compare when literally everyone in these uploaded keys are doing top percentile damage and if you pug the variance is insane, and even in a static group of decent to good players the variance in performance will still be very high. Best of luck in figuring it out!

This was a nice little comment chain to read. I think the suggestion to log review / vod review yourself might be really useful. Positioning is also extremely important to make sure your bombs always cleave the proper targets

It doesn't look like he has flanking strike on his bar so who knows, but also, look at the stream at the very top, he is hitting buttons he is not saying. Just difficult to do so I am glad he provided the TrufiGCD as well

You don't really use it in AOE. Since they changed it from generating focus to spending focus it's only really a mediocre ST ability now. You might use it on a prio target if you're running out of stuff to hit and on bosses. The talent that makes it and KC splash is less bad in AOE but still not great.

Yup, I only use base blizzard UI. Try standing closer to the doors potentially so they phase into existence or maybe turn graphics settings up

If you mean logistically, you can pull through any portal even ones from the "wrong" path to get extra count! If you mean practically, it varies a lot on group comp. Since we play with a warrior and hunter, we can taunt+reflect or pet taunt guardians to make double guardian packs doable for our tank. In a pug though, I would try to avoid pulling any pack that has 2 guardians in it onto a miniboss since they destroy tanks but maybe communicate about that kind of stuff at the start of the run.

You have 5 pet slots. You want 1 of each spec, so 1 ferocity, 1 tenacity, and 1 cunning. Within those 5 slots, you can have varying pet family abilities. The most useful families are defense and mortal wounds. Because of this, I have my 5 slots as: wasp, scalehide, turtle, raptor, and spirit beast(BM only). There's a super useful website called Petopia that you can surf to find other pets you might need too!

The main one I used in this video was my scalehide named snooz, which is used for pet taunting. @@bansherzdo you run ferocity most of the entire dungeon for lust and leech or you switch out for defensive cds?

Turtle pet is for sure to activate fortitude of bear as a extra defensive and for 5% hp buff from pet to increase survivability and your other question about stats have answered from him on another comment. Take care have fun while pushing.

it's simple. dismiss pet>aggro pack>feint death, while rest of the group stays far away so they don't get aggro>done

Yeah, you can throw out a cobra shot/arcane shot/explosive shot at the pack, once you see them all start moving I would feign death. It's important that you want to make sure they all move before feigning because that's what triggers they're on-death-affix to disable: resetting their position after combat. I can try to find a clip or two to maybe make a video on this in the future too!

Yup! This is great tech for MM and it helps make it safer

That's how MM players been coping, they reworked Dark Ranger so well that they esentially killed the Talent when its only strong point was Single Target and it's not even valid there. Sentinel in keys still suffers from the idiotic choice blizzard made where you need 3 targets to activate Trick Shots so without volley you can't cleave but somehow you also have disgusting Single Target damage because you can't spec into anything to help you out so any decent class with a competent player will outpreform unless you give in and play Surv. I really don't get their current balance philosophy but then again Blizzard was never famous for it.

@Rhyhmx the thing they did to dark ranger for mm is unimaginable. Like, its the damn main MM spec!! Its like killing sylvanas and make rexxar the new sylvanas.

@@armagedoc66 Yea, unfortunately its been like this every time I played. Always BM or Surv being the top while MM is shafted to be "okay" or just straight up terrible. Right now they're Okay on some Raid bosses and M+ but lets be honest 99/100 times players would take a Surv player with the same score over MM

I have each marker bound to different binds and drop each of them. The macro is /wm 1 and you can replace the number to change the symbol.

That was so tedious. Also always having meat for your pets or they'd be unhappy

I tamed it from mists of pandaria but there's a bunch of turtles around the game! There's a website called petopia that I used to track down pets I wanted

Hey, thanks for the kind words! Sims and theorycrafters recommend for sentinel survival that you go mast>crit>hast. However, I'm currently statted for packleader single target because I was given loot in raid for raid only. Pack Leader in raid prefers crit>haste>mastery. Now that the tier is over I'll try to correct my stats for high keys but I'm just wearing my raiding gear for now.
