@Kevin-d3z the x2 1000 should have a top speed close to a rmax id think ? I did a ride review on my brother's x2 1000 and it actually felt a bit quicker on the trail but im wondering if it's because it's slightly smaller so it felt quicker 🤷. Just put the D Mode switch in the x2 1000 though so you have sport mode then like a rmax .

@Kevin-d3z Depends on the type of trails. If its fast forest/,logging road type of trails id say the YXZ but otherwise for normal trail riding in prefer the rmax

@youneverlift i use a Samsung A7 Lite tablet . In the YXZ is had the tablet holder i bought off Amazon and in my Rmax i use a Otter box actually and mount it where the Yamaha Adventure Pro would go

@loganrawlins2422 ofatv trails usually open May 1st and close Nov 30th. The app will show though for some reason if a trail is closed though .

Ive been lookin at the quad on app as well I think I have read in sole comments that’s what you use as well? Huge fan of all your videos. Makes me want a sxs just don’t have the trails for them around my area unfortunately

@rvnatvn245 your welcome ! And thanks for watching mine ! I don't know of any trails connecting the US to Canada. Even though in some places there is basically nothing deviding our two countries but border security wouldn't allow a trail connector unfortunately. I hear New Hampshire and Maine have some nice trails aswell. We have went to West Virginia to the Hatfield Mccoy trails the past 3 years but that's the only place in the US that iv ridden so far . The UP of Michigan has my interest though .

@ thanks for the reply. Been to Hatfield McCoy a couple of times loved it. We’ve been to the UP twice and loved it as well although it’s pretty flat. We might try to go in the fall this year. This will be our first time to Maine and NH really looking forward to it. Thanks again!

@josecolon-y4y Quadon shows all the ofatv trails and Polaris Ride Command shows the kawartha, haliburton, lake of bays and Algonquin west club trails . There are a couple others like Back Road Maps that show crown land with logging rds etc aswell

QuadOn is the most comon and up to date of club maintained trails.

@psynkowicz lol... we were on a trail there 2 years ago that I think was only meant for atvs so now when we are on a trail that is grown in some we joke that it's a birth canal..lol

@niklaassargent2703 the yxz doesn't necessarily have engine breaking like the cvt machines do but you basically just downshift instead. As for how loud it was , it was actually pretty quiet if you were just cruising in auto mode .

@ How would it hold you back in 1st gear going down a really steep hill without brakes?

@jeffcombs8237 Well I actually just sold it and went back to a Rmax actually. Mainly because I prefer the more upright seating position of the Rmax . I think the ride of the Rmax may be a bit blusher aswell

Wish they would have offered that color on the XTR or LE here in the states. I think it’s fitting for the sport trim though! Still loving our desert tan XTR.

@xgumbix1 we get the same colors as you get in the US . The sport has always been Blue but I agree they need to incorporate blue into the other models and I don't mean that ugly blue they have for the LE model this year because that is definitely not Yamaha blue..lol

@reconn3cted276 absolutely ,here it is . They are in Quebec Canada so not sure where your from but if your in the US don't let the price scare you because with the difference in the dollar it's comparable to the US windshields but o consider this one better because of the design. fabfpf.com/en/

@raybernabe7660 myself i prefer the rmax , i like the upright seating position better, more storage and it fits my riding style better. The yxz is a good trail machine now though but depends if you want something sporty or not.

@JeffreyJohnston724 doesn't mean i can't give it a review 🤷. I did the video the day it was sold and couldn't release it until I posted the new machine video. Hell I can do a review video on any machine in our group if I want to .
