Everything is working out for you
I hope this video reminds you of what you already know deep down - that everything is always working out for you. If things don't seem like they're working out right now, be patient, trust the process and allow things to unfold. As Steve Jobs once said, "You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future."

Amazing Stuff, Ellen! Thank you! I'm a High I, and I struggle a lot with what others think of me, my rules, and my policies as a leader. Being in a leadership position, this is definitely not a good attribute, as it can turn me into a pushover. The last 1 month of my life has been a lot of self discover, awareness, and trying to solve that part of me. I want to grow a little bit of ruthlessness and IDGAF decision making skills. Any tips or pointers? Maybe a book, a course, an article, or something. I'd really appreciate it.

Hey there! DISC can be a useful tool for understanding ourselves and other people better but, of course, we're all multi-faceted individuals. You would need to discuss with your employer about whether you can opt out of taking the DISC assessment, but if your employer is willing to cover the cost of the DISC assessment, I think it's worth it to take it and see if you resonate at all with the results.

Don't continue on the same path that you are on, it will cost you a life time of hardship with sufferable consequence on those that are affected by your most sequential decisions made and then you have to disassociate the hardship of the decision that affect those that are greatly effected from your conservativeness, just remember the first, " storm are temporary ", I just want you to understand that I'm licensed to smoke MJ in Oklahoma and I was stoned when reading this amazing posted video transcript while your video was playing, and I felt your pain, it literally brought me completely out of being very stoned to a state of tears in My eyes, gasping for air in shock and awe of what horrors you've encountered along the way. I followed the wican religion as a part of cultural studies, but I'm also over half Native, Cherokee, Choctaw, and Creek Muskujee Nation, and I looked that one up.
