Great tutorial, many thanks. I was wondering if there is a way to fix the failed cartridge instead of buying a new one, those Grohe parts cost so much!
Glad to know u liked it. It depends on the type of failure in the cartridge. For ex., if the cartridge is leaking due to a torn rubber seal, it would be enough to look for a sealing replacement in the market.
Those rubber sealings are not so common to look for… I doubt it that they would be available. Have u seen what I’m talking about?

In mauritius they sell Grohe very expensive whilst assuring us 10yrs warrantee...but they do not have the diverter fitting
But my Grohe bathmixer is not the same

There are 4 screws on the 2 sides, you can use a simply screwdriver
Here there is a screw to unscrew it. But in case of Grohe bib tap I could not find any such screw. Where is the screw to open it for repairing ?
It depends on rhe model for the tap. Some taps, you only have to pull the knob and it will come out, other taps have one screw under a removable nickel plated cover.

My question as well. The separate feeds are leaking at their gaskets and I need to remove the next level down to change them. Any help would be super appreciated!
The 2 flexible feed pipes need a special tool that is usually available at the GROHE service. You may call the support line for help with this one.

Nicely done thank you 👍 My Grohe has a grub screw that needs a security hex bit to remove it, cannot take the top handle off its completely stuck argh! Isn't the '46850000' cartridge either, hate Grohe so much 🤔
Have you tried the WD40 before removing the top handle?

I have Grohe-Eurosmart 30306000 single handle pullout kitchen faucet dual spray. How to remove the handle? What tool to use to remove the screw after removing the rubber cover?
The standard Allen Key 3 mm size that you may use with all GROHE mixers for removing the handle
Thanks Michel for sharing this, I have installed a new mixer tap in our bath and the diverter only stays up when the hot tap is fully opened! Is it faulty ? Thanks

got the same problem. The water pressure needs to be high, or it would not stay in the shower position...

Куда ты там отвертку вставил? Во что упор слелал?
Я просто вставил отвертку и сильно надавил на нее, чтобы предотвратить вращение дивертора, пока я вращал головку дивертора.

Thx the dome removal technique where you use the dome as its own fulcrum is particularly helpful. Mine was hopelessly stuck and since it is made of plastic risked damaging.

У меня в таком кране, в месте куда вставляется шестигранник, со стороны душевого шланга, стоит какой-то пластмассовый клапанок, не подскажите его предназначение?
А у меня пластиковое перекрестие, нет возможности вставить отвертку для фиксации как в ролике. Из-за этого не получается снять верхний колпачок.
