I watch you guys and tremendously enjoy it! I've learned so much! Opened my store a couple weeks ago I've had 6 sales and about $300 that's including fees. I love it! I love treasure hunts! It fulfills the goonies, Indiana Jones loving 5 year old in me. It's all I think about! And it's come at the right time since my partner lost her main employment...I get sad though at times because she's not as into it as me...I get so excited about a sale or find but unfortunately the excitement it's short lived...since I really don't have anyone to bounce of the news, ideas, or exciment....pretty lonely. I keep hoping when she sees the store pop off more she'll probably be into it...but I'm not holding my breath. You guys are lucky to be building this business as a unit! I admire that very much! May you guys be filled with continued SUCCESS🙏🙏

Back in the 1980's you could open NES games with a screwdriver. We would buy games from Kmart swap the boards and return them. One day I swapped the board and went to return it and the lady said we can no longer return games if they're open. It was a big problem everybody was doing it. They literally passed a law that we could no longer return open games.

That’s a huge red flag for dkoldies! He’s buying bootleg games and not checking them! Bootleg games are sloppy with putting the right game with the right cartridge.I had the same thing happened and took it back and the store owner looked like a deer in headlights.

Hey, you answered another question way back and Im here to ask, what's your best suggestion for dealing with UPS damage Claims? I'm the shipping mgr for my work, but the process, speed, and approval rate of them on the business acct are way easier and faster than on personal. My big question, how do you avoid losing lots of money when they deny claims? I almost lost $300 on a $200 sale, (159 after fees) bc UPS broke it, denied my first claim, and the seller wanted a refund. Thoughts? Much appreciated, keep doing these so I can keep learning!

I know how hard it is to pay money for someone to be hired. It’s hard to trust people these days especially with your business. It could get ugly. One suggestion is to make sure you screen someone first as you interview. Although, you are both doing great 👍🏻 with everything! It could help if you knew a person you can trust. Of course, if you have the extra money to even hire someone. I am done now it’s all up to you both. Whatever you decide to do with my suggestion it’s not going to effect my respect for you both. Why not reach out to see if there is a young person who would like to get into reselling but doesn’t know how to start. You could teach them as they help you clear up organise test and list. It’s a huge task you have anyone who thinks reselling is easy just has to watch ur channel.

I'd almost say to set the ship time longer and spend more time clearing this. Working smarter not harder type thing. Like for the next week, Jess spends 2 hours listing and 2 hours shipping as needed, and 4 hours helping clear and Dustin doing 6 hours knocking down this pile and 2 hours editing. I love the videos but getting your business organized to be able to continue longer is needed. Or hire someone to help you organize for a week. A professional organizer.
