OK so I know these weren't completely free but it was pretty close. A $3 tube of construction adhesive, leftover box of drywall screws and some lumber I picked up off a jobsite is still really cheap, like me! Anyways I should have built these years ago but here we are. This is a super simple project everyone should try. Eventually when I build a street car I will build two more, but that's futu...

I got 2 of these. One is being used for my mini steel filers/sanding sticks, nippers (for miniatures and model kits), various tools for model kits, paint brushes, glues (and the bottle of glue remover) and air brush paint. Haven't decided on use for 2nd one.

Had to buy one the day off the bomb cyclone that hit Washington. Paid full price even though on the 25th it goes on sale for 300 off for black Friday. I didn't run it the first night, being cheap I knew I could return it for full refund if not used. But alas no power next morning so filled the oil and hooked up the propane tank did a short run no load, cool down then another light load for abit. Now we are off to the races, running about 1000 watts continuous ( tv, fridge, freezers and blower on gas furnace )with a couple of coffee maker or microwave bursts thrown in. Was able to get 11 hours out of a 20lb tank.

I had no idea what a bomb cyclone was before this comment. Seems like a pretty scary event. We have tornadoes here in OK but usually we get some sort of advanced notice. Glad the generator is working out for you and hopefully you get power back soon!

Hey @ProjectCentralOK Nice build! I faced the same challenge but took the easy way out, screwed up a piece of 2x3 to hang all the clamps on. Not nearly as robust but does the trick in my junk pile. I do have a suggestion for the cordless power tools... Tool Wrangler holders :D Needless to say I'm biased but honestly I invented them out of necessity just like you do. Small shop, lots of tools, no storage space. I see you're a Milwaukee guy, I have M18 holders, just don't have the M12 stuff yet. Let me know if I can help you out.

I Love the HF head gear. I am a "Oneyed guy" and tend to look down to my lower right corner of the lens when welding (After 55 years I wonder if this is why I have never had a flash back from helmet failure). You might address the lens orientation as I do prefer the lens on my Huntsman Longer from top to bottom, verse the wider side to side Jacksons that I have. To each their own and thanks for the video.

The air input should be low, and the air output should be high, as heat rises. The top of the stove will be hotter than the bottom. You will also need a chimney and some way to remove ash.

@ProjectCentralOK i'm sorry if i am not clear, English isn't my first languaje, i didn't see how do you clearance the ashes, if you have too much in the fire chamber it cluges the air flow and choking your fire, thus a bad combustion and more smoke , i hope you can understand what i mean.

@@ProjectCentralOKConcern I saw was a large pot on the top maybe a restriction in airflow. There could be a offset I'm not seeing or the easy remedy would just be drilling some holes in the top skirt if it's ever an issue
