    If we add a tripod in the front, is it ok for the airport to keep the bag with us as cabin baggage ?

    • @rivasfx4781
      @rivasfx4781 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It will depend on how much you have inside the backpack and also how big a tripod you are wanting to carry. I was able to pack my cinema camera and accessories inside the backpack and managed to squeeze it under the seat of a Southwest 737. Any smaller plane than that and you won’t be able to fit the backpack under the seat even without a tripod. If you are using a medium sized tripod or larger, you will not be able to fit that on the plane with the backpack. If you are using only a DSLR and very few accessories and a small light weight tripod, you might be able to squeeze it on to a 737 or larger

      I would say so! However, I would say that this only possible if you don’t have a lens or anything else to fit in there. You might be able to fit 2 DSLR bodies with a lens though. But with a cinema setup, I would say it would be tough to fit in with audio, lens, and other parts.

      Ryan Wooten I measured it to be about 7.5 inches deep. I keep extra padding in my backpack though with all the camera pieces separated so mine is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch less. So it depends on how you want to lay the camera as well as how much padding you want underneath and on top. Hope this helps!

    Do you have to take off the C100 grip and top handle in order to fit in this bag?

    • @rivasfx4781
      @rivasfx4781 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Terence Patrick great question! I tested it out today and it does fit with the top handle and lens still attached to the body. Keep in mind there is a lot of empty space however, so it may slide around. The side grip will somewhat fit. However, it protrudes some so it might be uncomfortable. I would advise still taking each piece off so it all fits nice and snug without any worries of things sliding around or rubbing against each other. Hope this helps!

    Thanks for the great video! I have a question: I am only intending to use PC for PP and AE. Do you think I can go by GTX 1050 Ti with other parts that you recommended in the video for smooth editing?

    • @rivasfx4781
      @rivasfx4781 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      SenRisu 【せんリス】 Hi there! It honestly depends on what kind of effects you will be adding to your videos or footage when editing. Most rendering and effects are CPU and RAM based especially in After Effects. However, I can personally attest to the fact that memory capacity on your GPU does help. There are some effects I have tried to use in both After Effects and Premiere and my RTX 2060 still struggles with those effects due to the smaller memory. In my opinion, I would go for a better video card. The GTX 1050Ti not only has smaller memory than even the 2060 but you also lose speed as well. I’ve been told before that you don’t have to go for the most expensive video card but definitely spend enough on it where it will work for a good period of time before you have to upgrade. I hope this helps!

    Hi! I was wondering if you could make a low budget-oriented hardware recommendation for general use 3D software and video editing (C4D, UE4, AE). Recently I've been checking R5 2600 and R5 2600x reviews as it is much cheaper than the 3700x and seems like a good deal. Would a Ryzen 5 2600 be enough in terms of performance? I'm getting started on 3D and VFX so I'm no professional and could handle render times, but would like smooth performance (scrubbing, effects, preview of the project, modeling) I currently have a AMD A9-9420 laptop with radeon R5 integrated graphics with 4GB of RAM, it gets sluggish with Blender and sometimes even Photoshop. My main focus would be doing 3D Modeling and Motion Graphics. Here's what I'm planning to buy. MID-RANGE WORKSTATION: CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600 GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 ti 4GB // GTX 1060 6GB (Might go for a used GTX 1060 6GB if it fits my budget) RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2x8gb) DDR4-3000 Mhz CL16 MOBO - Gigabyte B450M DS3H HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM SSD - Kingston A1000 240GB NVMe SSD PSU - Cooler Master V2 650W 80+Plus Bronze PSU CASE - Deciding currently between white cases Might upgrade in the future to the 3rd gen, but nothing guarantees that I work on this computer in particular or in an office which already has one. That's the main reason I'm not overspending, but I would like your thoughts or if you have worked on a similar build. Any advice is appreciated!

    • @rivasfx4781
      @rivasfx4781 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there! I have worked on a few computers for After Effects and anything Adobe. I have learned that Adobe is very CPU and RAM heavy nowadays. So I think making sure a newer and faster CPU and as much RAM as fits your budget: those would be a good investment. This is my first time using AMD so I researched a lot of other channels and reviews to see the comparison between Intel and AMD. If you are trying to make the most in Adobe, especially 3D and visual effects, I would advise at least going a 2700x if you are staying AMD and on a budget. Although, you can get a Ryzen 3600 for only $10 more, and I have seen great reviews on that for a starter 3rd gen and in Adobe. Adobe is not too GPU heavy nowadays, but I think if you can find a good 6GB card that fits your budget, you might be better off going that route. For the RAM, I have heard 16gb is good enough, although just from personal experience, I would advise at least going 32gb. This allows After Effects and other programs to utilize more RAM while still allowing for some to be used by the rest of the computer. If you have to go down to 2666MHz to fit the budget, I think you would be fine. I haven't seen a huge downgrade going to 2666Mhz in my build, based on the benchmarks I was able to get and comparing to other builds that used a higher frequency. **I would keep in mind, however, that if you are going to expand later to more RAM, you want to have the same chip size... meaning if you get the 2x8gb card, you are limited to only 32gb max for future upgrades if you are not wanting to replace the 2 sticks you purchase. If you purchase a 2x16gb stick combo, this allows you to get up to 64gb in the future and getting closer to even better RAM capacity** For the motherboard, I haven't heard too many good things about Gigabyte. I know any company isn't solid just because of the big corporations, but I have seen better overall reviews for someone like MSI. Plus, if you are wanting to upgrade in the future, check out the new B450 MAX motherboards, like the Tomahawk MAX. This allows for Ryzen 3rd gen instead of having to worry about BIOS updates and your board potentially not being suited with 3rd gen. This is especially important... not all beginner motherboards are going to be compatible with 3rd gen Ryzen. So I honestly would advise spending a little extra on the motherboard so you future proof your system. Otherwise, if you go 3rd gen, you're going to end up having to replace a lot more of your components. I hope this helps! :) Let me know if you have any other questions, and I can try and help out!

      @@rivasfx4781 Thanks for your detailed answer. Here in Chile the Ryzen 5 3600 has a considerable gap in price in comparison to the R5 2600, but recently I saw some benchmarks wher it won against the R7 2700x in After Effects and single-core applications, which seems more like a CPU to me, and it's been compared to the i7 8700k and many people have praised that CPU for Video Editing, Gaming and Single-core performance.

      @@Luis444Felipe Generally: go for single core speed over corecount, (so maybe 6700k/8700k used maybe). save on Ram Mhz, 2666 is fine, but go high as possible in capacity. go for cheapest graphics card, but choose nvidia and highest VRAM capacity. Go for Nvme definetaly. if ur on a budget i would check for all those components on used market.
