@@jakubviskup977 the angel in solo runs isn't a problem, you just want to do it early on if possible and make sure it doesn't clash with Acolyte spawns or the Acolyte will bug out and no more will spawn for the rest of the mission, so you lose out on SE. So within the first 16 Exos and immediately after killing an Acolyte is a safe bet

@@SabreWalrus Oh yeah I was fightin the Malice and the rest of the team started Angel and for maybe bug reason rest of the run which was like 30 exos no more acolytes spawned. We re kinda startin to try doin SP exos so Im checkin builds and shit for runs :). Awesome vids.

No - this short clip is showing that Melt doesn't increase damage vs Spectral Thrax. Since Feb 2024 Spectral Thrax also no longer inherit Viral stacks from the physical form so that can't be used to boost Amp damage either, so Madurai's buffs are more important than they used to be. What Melt can help with is shooting the central part of an Exolizer after clearing void tears, killing Void Angels, and killing Grineer/Corpus during Last Gasp

Nah it doesn't stack. The multiple casts are just to dump energy in order to proc Onslaught

@@FlipsMG if you've maxed out and unbound Void Flow in Zenurik you'll need a sling plus 3 wave casts to deplete enough for Onslaught

@@robertcreations6339 The intent was initially to use Smite Infusion but it didn't end up fitting in the build/wasn't needed. Renewal is doing nothing helpful at these levels, can use Phoenix Renewal for the death prevention but that's just unnecessary toggling on and off of a superfluous channeled ability when shield gating (and Phoenix Renewal wouldn't fit in the build)

​@@jocelynvn Any heat Cedo procs will contribute towards keeping Flare stacked for Furis so yes it's a good choice. Rivens are honestly super subjective to what your roll is and what your build is, I typically look to replace a core mod with better stats from the riven or use a riven to combine multiple stats and open up a slot. Evolutions I use are Haven Foray, Extended Volley, Elemental Balance

With his augments has a really well rounded kit that has pretty much everything you could ask for - a damage buff, crowd control, armour buff and healing for all content where health tanking works, death prevention, status cleanse, armour strip, and aoe nuking. The game has crept past him so he doesn't seem as impressive when compared to other frames that specialise in certain areas, he's kinda jack of all trades and can be tight on mod space because he doesn't really have a dump stat in any of his build variations, but he works well when built in a balanced way I also vibe with the combined druid/paladin theme, and with his deluxe he is my favourite fashionframe (he has pretty much the worst Prime skin in the game though lmao)

@@adramahlihko You can use anything honestly. The shield recharge mods is mostly a level cap thing, in general content up to lvl ~500 you can just health tank and make use of the Renewal + Rage/Hunter Adrenaline synergy, where taking damage gives you energy and Renewal uses that energy to heal you. If you have another source of damage reduction (like Eclipse subsume) you can take health tanking up to about lvl ~1000 but it starts getting spicy from there. I have two Oberons with different polarities and archon shards due to general incompatibility between playstyles, a tri-umbral 2800 armour health tank for the memes and another for higher level content where I expect to shield gate (which I used in this video)

In my honest opinion level capping is mostly a knowledge check, there is a certain level of execution required to pull things off, but with how many options we have available to us there is always a way to make something work. Depending on your strengths/playstyle you can always find a tradeoff where you sacrifice something to remedy whatever issue is a bigger deal for you. So you spend the whole game collecting gear and learning all the mechanics so you can be as knowledgeable and versatile as possible

The arcane Melee Crescendo

I took Bronco with Dizzying Rounds to open enemies up to finishers so I could quickly stack Crescendo. This does ofc sacrifice the secondary slot into utility. Other options are Aero mods if you can spare mod slots, or Parazon finishers on Eximus/heavy units which don't require any loadout sacrifice, but will be slower and more unreliable than a "dedicated" combo stacking solution (the worst QOL is if you happen to die and need to re-stack combo quickly when you're deep into high level)

Perfectly well if you're getting lots of headshots with Dual Toxo, or just general trash killing with a melee. The main reason Nourish gets picked is to easily combine Corrosive and Viral on Dual Toxo

Not atm, we're entirely at their random mercy as to whether they stay still for a second to let you headshot or instantly turn away, and/or how quickly they go for a slurpee

Ahahaha, dw about it. There are things you can use to make your life easier - Madurai's Contamination Wave has a big hitbox, Magus Cloud increases void sling radius so you can catch all the tears with slings easier, and Klamora's fat hitbox helps with bad aim (though lacks in range)

Initial Combo evolutions on Ceramic Dagger, and getting finishers with Melee Crescendo to finish stacking it up to 12x initial combo. Finishers include mercy kills on Eximus and heavy units

@@SabreWalrus Is there a way to consistently prock finishers? The interaction happens so rarely in my games, and thinking about getting it to 12x combo in a lvl cap run seems impossible, did you focus on getting as much as you could in the first 30 minutes or so?

@@MeOw_osu Ceramic Dagger gets a lot of initial combo from its evolutions, so getting up to 12x from mercy kills on Eximus didn't take long. I just harassed them with light damage until the mercy opened up. Otherwise something like Bronco with the Dizzying Rounds mod is a quick and easy way to get up to 12x in a couple of minutes. You can also use any Aero mod to put enemies to sleep and open them up to finishers. The higher rank your Crescendo the easier/quicker it is

It's a nerf, but hosts who can headshot through Void bubbles won't notice a lot of difference because Laetum is still a powerhouse on its own. It's worse for Clients who get forced into body shots with Void bubbles

Xatas is still best pick because it takes care of the overguard for the most part which roar/eclipse cant really do

If you've modded Viral/Heat, Roar is a nice choice for buffing the Heat DoTs. Eclipse as a subsume is nothing special. Xata's Whisper is still an additional damage instance that still inherits the 2k proc from its progenitor hit, and Void damage is obviously super helpful against Overguard, so it's still a great pick

We can hope, right? 2023 was the year of giveth, where we got lots of new tools and arsenal broadening. But so far 2024 has just been the year of taketh. Would be so nice if we could start to get some fixes to the year-long bugs

Yeah, the double dipping was quite silly and I'll always happily admit that. The TTK without the double dipping is perfectly reasonable, with headshots. The problem is how void bubbles enforce body shots for Clients

Also, do you think that sentient wrath plus avenger / combat discipline would be viable for this? Or js mag too squishy for that sort of build? I’ve been trying to bring as many off meta weapons I can to level cap, and from a bit of testing I found it promising but I was in a four man-not sure if I’d need more survivability / sustain.

If Plasmor can equal Latron Incarnon in general DPS/TTK then it should be fine with just Magnetize and you can run Silence for the QOL - Magnetize in of itself is a damage buff I try to avoid relying on stacks on my Thrax killing weapons as much as possible, especially in solo, because it's just so easy to lose stacks and get caught in that kind of spiral where you don't have time to recover because there's too much going on that needs your constant attention. Everything going well with stacks, but everything becoming completely non-functional without stacks, is too wild of a juxtaposition for general consistency and comfy gameplay. So if you find losing stacks is a consistent problem that costs runs, you may need to revisit/tweak the build and just figure out how you can make it perform as well as possible without stacks This is my Mag build used in the vid: i.imgur.com/ECpjj0S.png Sentient Wrath is a cool ability and may actually feel better to use with the recent LOS updates/improvements, but I'm not a fan of any kind of Combat Discipline setup because it's just asking for trouble in any kind of high enemy density situation where any kind of aoe is used. Avenger will proc off shield damage, and doesn't require health damage, but since with shield gaters you ideally want to avoid taking damage as much as possible, you can't necessarily guarantee it will have much uptime. Whenever I play around with "weaker" weapons the loadout focus shifts - it's not about trying to squeeze as much damage out of the Thrax killing weapon as possible at the cost of everything else, instead it's making sure CC, survivability, and even mobility around the tileset are given a higher priority when I know I will be dealing with a slower Thrax TTK on average. But that is very much a solo play mindset, so if you are able to make things work in 4 person teams and have fun doing so, don't feel like you have to solo

It’s a nice buff, but sentient wrath on its own seems to be good enough, and I just need to decide if I should replace my polarize or pull as far as that’s concerned for my build. Would you happen to have a plasmor build for cascade? I’d imagine that it would use something like blight and a primer I’d imagine, but I’m interested if there’s more ways to squeeze out extra damage if possible.

@@Super787B I haven't used Plasmor at cap in Cascade so I can't really advise in a knowledgeable way sorry, but since it has multiplicative GunCO I think Galv Savvy with something like Blight is a good shout, though the problem with modding for pure toxin is that you can't access either of the two primed elemental mods shotguns get (cold and electric). If maintaining Galv Savvy is too unrealistic, primaries are also harder to offload base damage with (big difference between Arcane Rage and Arcane Precision, but Arcane Primary Charger can work if you have a trash killing melee). These are just all the things to tweak and test around with though
