Before configuring my order I tried crawling the internet for any still or video shots of the production silver color. I was torn between that and the white. Even Tesla's website did not have a silver professional shot available. So I've thrown together some shots of various lighting conditions to view. Silver is the perfect color for any car. It stays clean looking the longest and is still fairly cool like a white car.

Hi Benny, I really enjoyed your video and will be heading there myself next month (also snuck in and booked before the points increased...hahaha). Just wondering, what drones did you use to film with and if you had any issues using them at the hotel? I read somewhere that they have a no drone policy. Thank you!
Cathy Du Hi Cathy! You’re going to have a wonderful time! I definitely want to go back. Most of those shots in the video is with the Insta360 One X camera on a selfie stick. It automatically removes the stick from the final footage. But yeah they state a no drone policy on the newsletter they leave in your room... I couldn’t resist the beauty tho. I got a quick drone shot with the DJI mavic pro early in the morning.

Which room did you stay in? Looking at the gallery grand for a honeymoon. Any input?
We were in the Gallery Grand Junior Suite. Got upgraded with our Marriott (SPG) Platinum status. It's a huge room. Loved the private courtyard and patio. The shower indoor opens up to the outdoor shower. One thing we couldn't figure out how to use was the in room audio system. Lemme know if you all figured it out. Ha
@@bennypang9362 Lol awesome That was the room ive had my eye on the longest and im glad I can get a better visual with the video. Ill keep you posted on the audio system but the honeymoon isnt for some time. Thanks for the response.

No. Those wheels are upgraded. The standard are those aero covers
why did Tesla remove this color? I think is one of the best.
Yacahuma X I think you can special request it. At least when they first removed this color they said you could order it “off menu.” I’ve also seen this color in some of the batches for shipping to Europe so I think they’re still making them.

Definitely call Tesla and ask about the color. I’m at my local Tesla service center and see a few new Silver Metallic with white interior on the lot.
Benny Pang Thanks. I am still standing in line waiting for it. I have been told that Europe got 4 silver so far (none for Denmark) and they said that it will take up to 2 months more to get mine. I don’t know if I can hold much longer. I am in a state of FOMO.
I really love this color, the whole car is an aston martin on the cheap.
My favorite color. I wonder why they nixed it instead of another color. I would think that silver would be one of the more popular ones. But maybe not.

Hi Ravi. Just checking to see if you ordered your silver M3. Elon just tweeted they're stopping silver metallic online orders tomorrow (9/12) so I ordered mine today (9/11). You can special order at a premium ($2000 vs $1500) until 9/26(?) but then they will no longer be available.

Have you considered taking it in for a ceramic coating? That will make it look more glossy.
