I haven't done any of Townes's songs here on TH-cam until now, which is odd since I consider him to be one of the finest songsmiths ever within the folk/country/americana tradition that I quite often (but not always) lean towards both in my own songs and in the interpretations I choose to do. And, if one is to do his songs there's really only one choice as to which one to do first, right?

@@RonnieGavelin No biggy, just looking for a track to tighten my lead on it. Would love to just do an instrumental because I know the song forward and backwards on guitar. My dad used to sing it and have me play lead fills to it. I can play a rhythm to it, just dug what you were doing with it. Thanks for responding!
