Thanks for the suggestion! I looked into it and other than the pea flour, it sounds great. Pea flour can be hard for some to digest, but I may give it a try and see. 😊

@trishfranklin6582 yes, they would work great, I think. I'll be trying them soon on a near future trip. I also just found powdered heavy cream that I'm using now.

Congrats! I'm sure you're feeling amazing on carnivore. I really got off-track on my thru-hike, and haven't made it back to carnivore yet. June. That's my plan. It's great to have those goals. I really did not calculate out the calories on this adventure. As far as dehydrated eggs or meat, I didn't do as much prep for the trail as I could/should have in order to stay Carnivore. My next adventure will likely contain both items in addition to more packages that I send to myself with Carnivore foods.

No huge adventures planned yet, but I'm planning on doing some trail magic this summer on the AT with my Grandson.

@backpackbible5766 ah but the weather is part of the adventure. 😬😅. I will be finishing the Whites in 2 sections this year if all goes to plan. And around Thanksgiving I section hiked the Smokys. It was awesome.
