    I just watched your very first You Tube video. It was the one where your brother did your makeup. He has grown into a young man since then. You really haven't changed at all from that video. Your wearing different glasses, but otherwise very much the same attractive young woman. I'm a former optician and since that first video you have had several different pairs of glasses. I'm assuming each time was due to a change in your prescription? Until you reach the age of around twenty five its normal for your eyesight to change every couple years. I like your current glasses because they have a bit of a retro look. There sort of "brownline" style which was made famous back in the 30's and 40's. It was actually meant to be a man's frame which it was at first. in fact if you ever watch any old movies from that time period you will see men wearing a black pair very similar to your glasses. But in the late 50's and 60's women started choosing that frame for their glasses and it became even more famous as a result. The frame was first made by Ray-Ban and they finally decided to make the frame in a little smaller size for women as well in softer colors as well. If course there are a number of "knock-offs" now. You appear to be wearing your glasses pretty much fulltime or nearly fulltime now? But you honestly look good in glasses as well without them for sure. Do you get your glasses from a local optical store? I don't believe you have any prescription sunglasses, but I have a feeling you would love to have a pair. But as I'm sure your very well aware of glasses aren't cheap. But what would you say if I told you that I could help you get a really cute pair sunglasses in your prescription for under $20.00. Would you believe me? Probably not, and I can understand that. It really does sound too good to be true. For the record I'm not selling anything and I don't get a dime in compensation for suggesting this to you. Quite a few years ago one of the girls that worked in the optical store with me heard about a glasses site that was selling glasses at crazy low prices. So she showed me the site and asked my opinion. I was extremely skeptical how anyone could sell a complete pair of glasses for under at that time $15.00. Since my girl wore glasses and she was quite interested in just how good the glasses could be I suggested that the store would pay for her to order a pair just to see what she would receive. So she picked out a pair she thought was really cute and ordered it in her prescription. About 9 or 10 days later she came into work wearing the glasses she ordered. We decided she should have them sent to her rather our store. She was quite happy with her new glasses and claimed the prescription to be perfect as well. That was one of my main concerns. I asked her for her glasses so I could check to see if the prescription really was as perfect she thought it was. She was right, the prescription was dead on perfect. Of course after the other girls in the store saw her new glasses and heard that they were only $12.95 they couldn't wait to go on-line and look for glasses too. Now there are numerous really good glasses out there. Here are several that i found quite good. Zenni Optical, Lensmart, Eye Buy Direct and Payne Glasses. All I'm asking you to do is for you tom just take a look at te glasses these sites offer and for less than what it costs to buy a Happy Meal at McDonald's. Each site has a very nice virtual "try-on" option that you might enjoy playing with to see how different glasses would look on you. For sunglasses I'm partial to Zenni because you can find a really pair of regular glasses for as low as $7.00 and that includes the lenses in your prescription and have them tinted into sunglasses for $5.00 making the total cost of your sunglasses only $12.95.

    I'm 76 so it's been years since I got my drivers license and I first was given a booklet that I was told to study because I was going to need to pass written test with 20 questions on it and the answers to those questions were in that booklet. So studied that booklet for several going nd taking the written test. I missed 5 which was one too many so i failed the test. I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to re take the test. I didn't even look at the booklet again. A couple of weeks later i was my friend and we just happened to be very close to the DMV and he insisted that should go in and take the test since I had nothing to loose and we were right their. He talked me into it and this time I only missed one question. I then had to do a vision test before being given a learners permit. I didn't wear glasses then or now and I passed the vision test easily. Seeing you wearing you glasses, by the way, I became an optician, I'm now retired. When you did the vision test did you try taking it without your glasses? You don't seem to wear your glasses all that much and your glasses don't appear to be very strong at all. So were you aware that you don't need to have perfect 20/20 vision to pass the test? You only need to be at 20/40 to pass. I have feeling you would have been able to pass it without your glasses and you wouldn't have glasses as a restriction on your license. But even if you passed without glasses you still should be wearing them anyway when driving. It just would have been good not having them as a restriction in case you broke or lost your glasses you would be considered safe to drive. Now of course if you forget your glasses or loose them you would be breaking the law driving without glasses. Do you think you would have been able to pass the vision test without your glasses if you had tried? Anyway I saw in the comments that you weren't asked to parallel park. That was my biggest fear because I was taught to drive by my best friend and he totally forgot to teach me about parking. He only mentioned it as we driving to the testing station. He just said I shouldn't worry about it because it was only about 12 points off if I wasn't able to do it. That didn't make be feel any better hearing that. That meant I pretty much needed to get everything else perfect to pass. Sure enough after a few turns I was told i need to park between two cones on the road. Somehow I did it perfectly and the man testing me was very impressed that both tires were perfectly against the curb. My final score was 98 and the two missed points was due to be forgetting to use my turn signal one time. I was extremely happy with my score. What was your final scores on th written and drivers test?

    It is one sentence but it sums up the whole meiosis one. I hope your book has illustrations on the meiosis I and II processes and breaks it down because it would help tremendously. The book uses different terms for chromosomes in the Meiosis process which is even more confusion. I hope my explanation can help you understand it better. Here it is: First, think of the letter X and color one X blue and the other red. The X represents the chromosome from the parent, Blue from dad and red from mom. Imagine a vertical like is drawn right down the middle of the X, the left half and right half are called sister chromatids. If you are looking at a right half of a blue X and a left half of a red X, they are called non-sister chromatids. Same size chromosomes will pair together (associate with each other) during early stage of meiosis I = homologous chromosomes paring. During the process, the homologous pair of chromosomes will be lined up in the center of the cell. While lined up, one non-sister chromatid from each color is going to hold hand (crossing over) to exchange genetic information. After the crossing over, your blue X will contain a little bit red and visa versa, and this is called chiasmata. When the homologous chromosomes lined up on the metaphase plate, they are more visible and almost like XX in the center, you now have two chromosomes that consist of two sets of sister chromatids which is a tetrad. Meiosis I can be broken down into smaller sections of processes (prophase, prometaphase, metaphase, etc..). If you look into each one separately, it shouldn’t be as overwhelming. Hope my explanation helps too.. good luck!

    It doesn’t sound dumb to find dense material daunting. It sounds like a lot of words to look up. 🤷🤪 I learn a lot of technical subjects the same way I read tarot. I look for what I know and imagine what I think something is about, then I go look up the words/ideas and see what the heck they actually are. I then repeat this process until I’ve refine my understanding as far as I can or need to. I guess that’s kinda science in a nutshell, right? Imagine what’s going on, find evidence to support or refute and keep doing that forever. Good luck and hope you have fun with it!

    Do I have to be the 1st commenter to tell you the name and title "Jesus Christ" is false doctrine? The Savior is Hebrew Israelite and there is no letter J sound in the Hebrew language so how is his name Jesus? Furthermore the letter J is less than 500 years old so again, how is his name Jesus???

    • @AnnikaJoy
      @AnnikaJoy ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello! I understand your confusion. The New Testament was written in Greek, and the Greek transliteration of the Hebrew name “Yeshua” is “Iesous.” The English spelling of the Greek name “Iseous” is “Jesus.” It went from Hebrew to Greek to English. The term “Christ” means “anointed one” or “chosen one” in Greek. Thanks for the question! Languages change, but “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever!” (Hebrews 13:8)
