If I have a sequence of hand locations, can I use 'Import LOC File' option to load the hand locations and do the simulation? Where can I find an examples of such a .loc file? Thanks!
That's an ugly job that will put a lot of stress on a body. I can easily imagine the receptive motion injuries after a year of this job!

Why not purchase a coil fed laser cutting line？ I assume that you usually cut thin plates, using metal coil can save your cost.

So if you lift a box that weighs 20 lbs. Do you put 20 lbs for each hand or 10 lbs for each hand?
You would divide the weight of the load between the two hands. However, the load may or may not be equally distributed between the two hands.
I'm on this video because I saw a job listed paying $26 - $30 an hour for pallet repair. I'm not interested but I wanted to see what the job entailed.

They need a different pry bar. We use a much smaller one that is so much faster. I do about 600 pallets a day on a sorter and Bout 350-400 on a table like this guy. I prefer the sorter because I don't have to lift any pallets

@j3beachboy I get payed by the hour to run the sorting machine but I get paid about 27-28 per hr after bonuses. Some of the guys repairing the lower grade pallets are making 30/hr but they deal with some shit. I get the best of the best pallets that we get in. It's a lot less stress on your hands and arms

hello sir, regarding the self-skin foam, do you have any suggestions to control the voids/ air holes oversize on the cosmetic area? Such as parameters/chemical contents...etc. thanks much.
If trying to do this job, my best advice is keep a good attitude. All jobs suck in some way.

Very boring and hard on the back, arms and shoulders. It’s better when you have someone working along w you. If it’s just you, as was the case for me, you’ll be busting your ass getting those 40lbs boxes off the conveyor belt and onto the pallet. Where I worked, they were coming down a bit faster than this, had to stack 3-4 different pallets at the same time and earphones weren’t allowed. Other than that, it is chill. Didn’t have to worry about socializing a lot.

I sell pallets and recommended to the pallet shop owners to install the work surfaces on a converted wheel axle to avoid having to turn the pallet with full force. I've also seen video of a nail gun hanging on a cord similar to a retracting key chain.
I work at a pallet repair facility and I recommend the same. Also should not be lifting pallets like that so often
I am laser oparator here in. Taiwan hope soon have opportunity to work there
For me this should be different line set up.Finished pallets should be close to repair man,lot of steps make .

wtf we only get paid 50 cents per pallet $0.50 usd
I get paid peace rate and some days make $40 an hour
About $25 per hour in Melbourne Australia.
This job is HELL AND I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
