    Is therapy not about severe mental problem? Is mental problem also related to repeated bad habits/character? At what point do one need mental therapy for mental related problem?

    • @Apdiscovery
      @Apdiscovery วันที่ผ่านมา

      🎯Therapy is not limited to severe mental health issues; it is for anyone who wants to improve their mental well-being. Whether you’re dealing with stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just need guidance to navigate everyday struggles, therapy can be beneficial. Think of it as a tool for self-improvement and growth, not just a solution for severe problems. 🎯Question 2- Repeated bad habits or problematic behaviors can sometimes stem from underlying mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma. Therapy helps explore the root causes of these habits and provides strategies to break the cycle. However, not all bad habits are due to mental health issues; they can also be patterns we’ve developed over time, which therapy can help us change. 🎯Question 3- You should consider therapy when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to handle your emotions or situations effectively. Signs include: Persistent sadness, anxiety, or anger. Difficulty functioning in daily life (e.g., work, school, or relationships). Feeling stuck in repeated patterns or bad habits. Experiencing trauma or significant life changes. Therapy is most effective when sought early, but it’s never too late to seek help. I hope i was able to answer your question

    Thank you for this video. But is mental illness really as common as people say?

    • @Apdiscovery
      @Apdiscovery 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, mental illness is very common. According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 8 people globally live with a mental health condition. However, many cases go undiagnosed due to stigma or lack of access to care, so the numbers may be even higher.

    Some people also find reading as a source of stress. So what type of stress is reading?

    • @Apdiscovery
      @Apdiscovery 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Reading can indeed evoke different types of stress for some individuals. The stress associated with reading can vary depending on factors such as the content, context, and individual preferences. For some, reading academic or technical material might induce cognitive stress due to the complexity of the subject matter. Others might experience emotional stress when reading intense or distressing narratives. Additionally, there could be physical stress related to eye strain or discomfort during prolonged reading sessions. Understanding one's personal triggers and preferences can help manage stress levels and create a more enjoyable reading experience.
