Fresh can certainly be used but you would need to make a syrup. I did make sure I used the purest product out.

Soooo I tried it today with some alterations..1 cup cottage and a whole banana no honey needed...makes more than enough for one breakfast...Malik this was GENIUS on your part! ❤
That whole banana sweetened it perfectly..I tried it because I need to use them up quick as they weren't as green as I thought

Smokin & Grillin with AB uses fresh orange juice & Kardea Brown uses can of crushed pineapples for each of theirs. So many options. My oranges seem to be tasteless but I have orange extract so I’m tempted to add a dash of that with the juice.
