Going against this boring law-restricted world, the MUD•DOGS consolidate their power underground in disguise as "envoys of freedom". Like the fish swimming against the water flow, refusing to be swept away by the strong current, they keep building up their ideals. A dark world with money and power is the key to make their dreams come true. Using music as their foundation, these alluring demons create their idea of utopia in this “Shinsekai”.
