Got this chair, returning it. As long as you sit on it looking high up? I assume you're fine. But as soon as you lean a bit fowards (I'm an artist and drawing requires a bit of leaning towards my work) it just tries to shovel you off like a snowplow. Seriously I've spent the last 3 weeks basically at a 90 degree angle with a ton of migraines as a result. You can't lock or limit the seating from doing so, you are just stuck trying to stop yourself from sliding down a hillside all day. As a result you slide away from the backrest and you're basically sitting completely unsupported. Hovering on a little swivel stool that wants you to get off it. What annoys me are these very fake reviews that seriously get people to buy these chairs which just ends in disappointed people and companies.

Thank you for sharing this. I was considering this but as a artist myself as well this certainly doesn't sound optimal. I've had this exact thing with other chairs and it's terrible. I was already thinking this might be the case due to the movement of the backrest.

Not a fan of these so much because they give the appearance of a filthy worn down floor. Despite that, they are different and stand out, but would only work in a very limited number of buildings.

This overpriced and expensive chair is junk, I own this one. Buy an IKEA chair for 50 EUR and be carefree and get some work done instead. This chair makes sitting on it, God forbid working behind a desk impossible. It pushes you out of the seat because it keeps pushing you forward with so much force that you can never focus on anything else but to keep pushing back - an endless war against the chair you can never win. This chair is just a scam and it baits customer with hype, manipulation and deception. They even call their chairs "smart" - sitting on a rock is "smarter". Compared to this chair even a toilet seat in the office would be worth buying for 5,000 EUR, this is how bad this chair is. Waste of money. Give my money back, you scammers!

So I bought the M10 monitor arm to desk mount via the Grommet hole my LG CX 48" Tv. Yes it does support the weight just fine. However, Mine shipped with the head of the mount oriented facing up, to where the screen was facing the ceiling. Adjusting the set screw changed nothing. Angry, I searched TH-cam and anywhere else online and found nothing and customer service was closed. Which is why I'm commenting. It was jammed in that position. I solved it accidentally because I mounted the tv anyways (which by the way you need to buy a VESA adapter) thinking the weight would make it pivot downwards but nothing. So then I tried to wrestle the TV off (because I was by myself and you have to push a button while lifting the heavy ass tv) and it FINALLY BROKE FREE!! at which point it operated as it was supposed to. But I had another problem. The Arm seemed as thought it couldnt handle the weight and wouldnt stay in position but it turns out that the set screw on that one was stuck too. So using the included tool and some pliers for more leverage i was able to tighten it by like 10 more turns and it works perfectly now. The next day I called Humanscale and the are aware of the problem and said that sometimes they get overtightened at the factory. Hope this helps!

Thats actually no review here ... I wonder how much they got payed. There is not a single neutral or negative statement here (which would give a balance to all the cheering) and no interest goes towards the actual user experience. What about stability - on a standing desk - what about balance etx ...
