Is this game better than avengers and suicide squad. Avengers seem like a prototype of game in the works

I enjoy the game, it's not great, and the gameplay can be repetitive and meh, but the story is entertaining enough

everything is fine in this game, except the gameplay. If you have no love for yourself and can push trough the worst, slowest and most stiff combat in all of triple A gaming, than it's worth it because the setting and scenes are cool.

The game is fun not an A but just a B- .

I'm going to say my opinion about this game on PS5 that was almost given away for free in the promotion. It's currently the cleanest 30 fps I've ever seen in a game, sometimes it even looks like it's running at 40 and it's a fun game, it won't change anyone's life, but since all current games are so bad it looks better than it is in every possible aspect. My advice to everyone is DON'T BELIEVE THE SPECIALIZED MEDIA

Another game that had potential to be great but devs let it die just like marvels avengers was a great game and let it die fk it remake on legacy of kain 2 and I'll forgive and forget😂😂😂

Honestly i enjoyed Dawntrail. I had very little to no expectations going into it. Story for me was pretty good especially with Wuk Lamats tale of being a leader. The Tural Texas part was my least favorite of the story thoight i get why its there. Especially when defending the country. What i was was that we got alittle bit more Zoraal Ja and Galool Ja Ja. I agree the voice acting couldve been and has improved a bit during 7.1. Overall I enjoyed, its waaaay more enjoyable than A Real Reborn. It was an enjoyable experience. Especially with Living Memory talk of death, grief and letting go. Id say Dawntrail is my 3rd fav of my the arcs but thats just my opinion.

As a guy who recently bought the console version. Yes game have some issues. Locked 30fps, slow traversal, uninteresting charecters, story gated by level system, same side activities. But I'm having fun playing as Redhood and Batgirl without coop even on hard difficulty. WB Montreal done alot of patches like making enemies less health spongy etc. for $8 it's pretty decent game to pass some time 💯

Game glitched, and now I'm stu k in the tower and can't exit. I just deleted the game , no way I'm starting over.

Playing Horizon FW on PC and i fell in love with the game again. I remember getting excited to get back home to play the first game in PS4. IM glad Rost was mentioned a few times in FW. He was ignored once he died in the first game.

The speed lines joke got me rofl, i remember halo infinite had that, i was like this terrible because they look so fake.

This is going to be long. But oh yes, I'm sure they would've eaten alive. Yeah, from the whopping 30 fps to the 10 year old awful lighting that makes you constently feel like you're in a insane asylum. To the cookie cutter npc's. "The ps4 and Xbox 1 couldn't play this." Dude, my 360 could have played this. Why I had to buy this on the ps5 I'll have no ideal. The story is recent batman. So think movies like Son of batman or batman or batman vs. Robin or the new teen titans movie. So if you dont know about court of owls or penguin covering as a "good citizen" and running for mayor, then you might be confused pretty quickly. The positive there is there is no Daimyan if you don't know what boruto is to Naruto. daiyman is to batman. The conversations and dillimas that supposedly brings them together seem pointless. You'll go through this whole moral debate about an underaged Robin going into penguins bar to fight penguin. Then, the next scene, Robin will go to do just that, and no one will say anything else about it. They try so hard to make them seem cool, but they just don't. Red hood of all people is more whiney and emotional than the actual teenager. When Robin is cooler then red hood then there's a problem. I've never seen a reviewer mention this. I guess they don't want to he canceled, but it gets strongly political out of nowhere. I don't care what someone's politics are, but keep it out of my games. There's a whole email about rainbow capes, which sure why not. But the two who don't wear capes chime in and go yeah were down.....down for what wearing bandanas? What are you going to paint your suit? You end up relating more to Robin than any of them because the whole time, he seems just as confused by their behavior as we are. The people who should not have stealth as a specialy do and the people who should don't. If your costume features bright red, you should not be running around in the shadows. Both Robin and Red Hood have stealth builds. There's a little with night wing, but it's not great, and he's the one with the actual dark outfit. But when I think stealth, i don't think bright red. Colors, two pistols, and a bowstaff. They put your gadgets like how you would play an online game, but half the time, they seem mystical. You have people around the city that you're supposed to turn in missions, too. Which half the time you didn't even know you completed their missions. The board is there for no reason. You could easily start those missions in your menu. Don't get me wrong, there are good moments that you'll enjoy. Nightingale threatened to go dark knight on everyone cause someone took his sandwich to hallarious. But a negative they try to push their relationship and their growth together. Which final fantasy 15 shows the right way to do that, but this was just toxic most of the time. Two of them will get in a fight right after a scene where their best friends and everyone there will run down the two fighting and go straight into detective mode. There's no conversation there's no cooling down after if goes from I can't stand you to your my BFF forever.its just odd.

Some people (not the people in this comments section) like to have this like sad outlook on some of these games. It’s like if the game doesn’t push the envelope then it’s not worth your money mentality. While I think it’s fair to say most games are not and will not be 10/10 you have to appreciate the games that pass. 7/10 is good and worth it on a sale. I think there is enough here where if you played the Arkham games and need another way to scratch that itch this is a perfect way to do it. Great review, you did a fantastic job!

Yeah I played all characters and played all the way through I pre-ordered it bought into the hype and it just wasn't very good. This game could have been so much better if it was given to different developers

Just got this for $13.99 on PS5 and been playing Nightwing & Red Hood. Im enjoying this game, especially at that price.

The travel in this game is horrible but I still find myself playing this lol it was free with a psn sub 🔥

Honestly really loved the design of Gotham this go round. I wish it felt less sterile (that’s a perfect description btw), and I wish you could see the other heroes in the world.

I don’t have many complaints about the game. I actually really liked running around and beating up bad guys to interrogate them and collect information about crimes. The movement isn’t great, and could be better, the combat feels good but I wish there was a counter button. I really liked the stealth though! I would like if the enemies leveled up with you, but it feels really good to just plow through the enemies when you’re a touch over-leveled. It would be better if you could customize at least the colors on the transmog outfits

Bought this game off one of the ps stores amazing sales one month after it came put for 40 and I love it. It's far from perfect but I can play as nightwing my favorite charecter in all of DC So I can't be mad. If u adjust the graphics on console by Turing all the sliders up to around the 90s u can make it look 10x better than it does on default. U can make this look like an amazing cyberpunk looking game with bright vibrate colors. It's amazing. The graphics before I did that were horrible imo. I was unable to look at the game and enjoy myself. Doing that fixed everything

Hey everyone, here's my reaction to 2 Dawntrail trailers! I have just finished Endwalker a few days before the launch of Dawntrail and I'm excited to see what comes next! Let me know what you're looking forward to in the coming expansion. And yes, the improved textures look amazing!

There were a couple of things (likely more) that I didn't notice until I watched the trailer again after finishing Endwalker! 1. Estinien calling Vrtra by his name totally flew over my head the first time. 2. And Alpinaud is now a sage which doesn't happen until the middle of Endwalker There will be a Dawntrail Trailer reaction coming soon! As well as my Endwalker playthrough! Overall, this was a great expansion and I can't wait to play Dawntrail!

Gotham Knights has a good CO-OP feature. Honestly, I only play this game in Co-op mode. It makes it so fun playing 2 player in story mode... and of course it is fun to jump into a quick match with 4 players in Heroic Assault . I find so many new players of this game there. I recommend co-op mode.

For me, Gotham Knights is basically the gaming equivalent of The Medium Place, it checks all the boxes but everything is only about 50-70% as good as I want it to be. To be honest, playing it in 2024, I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would, but then again my expectation wasn't very high to begin with and every so often something would happen to remind me of its mediocrity. Also, this is a bit random but do the Gotham Knights feel like the TMNT to anyone else or is it just me? It was bugging me why Red Hood's animation seems so heavy, but then I remembered the last few TMNT redesigns and realized they just made the angry guy bigger and heavier like with Raph.

Even with a fair and balanced take I can't seem to get myself to buy this game and it's been dirt cheap for years (less than half the price) at the local game store not surprising given it's reception.

If you played suicide squad, you’ll appreciate it this more 😂😂😂
