I just got a Lamy Safari EF Nib. I am not loving the ink it came with. Yours looks way better!! If I change to this ink will it have the same weight/thickness since I have the same EF nib on my Safari?

Can you tell me what pen/marker you use on the watercolor paint?

I'm planning on getting the pilot vanishing point soon but I'm not sure which nib to get. I'm stuck between the fine and extra fine. I usually prefer extra fine pens like the pentel energel .3 mm. What do you recommend? Does one nib write smoother than the other?

I'm glad you said you go back and write in the few days you might have missed. I do that too. I often tell people I'm more of a recorder than a planner. Because I just record what happens at the end of the day. I do put in appointments, though.

I want to buy Hobonichi Cousin and sterling Ink, but paper seems to be so thin, that you can see on the other side of paper. I think they must resolve this issue.

I know I’m kind of late to comment but can I ask what kind of ink you’re using with the Pilot VP? I’m looking for a nice black fountain pen ink to use with my LAMY 2k for journaling and basic writing. I’m trying to find something that’s simple that doesn’t have shimmer, sheen, or shading. Just a nice solid, pure black. And yours looks so beautiful and exactly what I’m looking for. Did you pair with a Pilot ink like Namiki Black or Iroshizuku Take Sumi? Or did you go with something else? Oh and btw, I cannot get over how unbelievably amazing your layout and handwriting is. GORGEOUS!

You have beautiful handwriting

I really adore your work. Your writing is so pretty! Did you follow handlettering courses or did it all come naturally? I live in Belgium and over here (at least in the 60s when I learned to write we only wrote in cursive). I have a beautiful handwriting, but I would like to be able to write like you do. Also your titles are so pretty! It looks so easy when you do it but I guess that’s not the case? Do tell. Maybe you could make a video about this topic?
