I’m guessing the woman she goes to halfway through the MV is supposed to be her mother? From reading the lyrics I think the song and MV is about a young girl who has a rough relationship with her mom and runs away. She regrets fighting with her mom and runs back home wanting to make up with her. When she puts her head under skirt I believe it represents her reentering her mom’s womb which represents the mother welcoming her daughter back home and the daughter accepting her mom’s love. That’s my interpretation at least.

Mariko Goto's singing deserves all the praise it gets, but this song really shows just how solid and musical a drummer Yoshitaka Kozeni is. I think it's fair to say that when one listens to Goto's solo work, it's clear that she has yet to find a replacement for him.
Goto always seemed quite fond of the band and wanted to bring it back, it's just, she was the only one who did. Even called her acoustic album "POP" and did a live in December 2020 titled "10年後のPOP", or "POP 10 years later". Yoshitaka specially seemed like he didn't want any of that. In 2017 or so he did a picture with his last band, Nigami's 17 Birthday (along with Yuzuke Iwashita from Usotsuki Barbie, Goto appeared in one of their MVs in 09), regarding all of them staring down at a girl in a sailor suit, which might be either nonsense, or an expression to him not wanting to form Midori back, having a family at the time, and Goto doing her stuff as if no time had passed.
Best thing is finding these guys during the pandemic but then finding out they disbanded..pain

One of my meanings due to the English lyrics in the comments.Could be about how they want to be loved by this person but they could be damaged due to the past. At the end where the singer is there with the woman,it could be about accepting the love despite the past
